• Order never shipped – very disappointing experience

I placed and paid for my order in December and, to this day, it has still not been shipped. I have contacted customer service multiple times over the past weeks and I keep receiving the same generic response with no real action taken.This delay is completely unacceptable. I was forced to chase them repeatedly, including on social media, just to get attention. Paying customers deserve transparency and timely delivery, neither of which I experienced.I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

they do not take EU viewers / customers…

they do not take EU viewers / customers very seriously. Since jan 2025 all orders are labeled wrong with Duty Unpaid which means we have to pay customs clearance before we can receive our orders. Time in time again they promised and assure the problem is solved. So I ordered a few items during birthday week ... but the bills to pay customs clearance bills keep coming. They are more focused on USA which I can understand but than do not sell to EU countries. Nor Sara nor Diane is capable of of taking care of this issue, no statement no explanation for EU fans, no solution nothing. The customer service is amazing, small team and they do what they can but solving the problem ; no they cannot . They refund orders they refund th customs clearance bills when I ask for but the problem should be solved in the first place : work together with a courier who is able to label and dispatch with DUTY paid on the parcels. But well I am going to save an awful lot of money especially from jan 1st 2026 with the new eu rules.... so I understand why they do not bother eu. and now they say to USA they are not selling items which are not in stock... but they keep selling things which are not in stock for UK and Eu and rest of the world ? confusing mails.

Be cautious of placing an order with this company

Placed an order on 4/11, Products not received, no response to my emails, Forget about phoning them as they do not answer. They are quick enough to take your money & then you are on your own !!. Im surprised their rating is as high as 1.7, this company is a joke. Do not risk losing your money buying from these people, check other reviews as this is what they do.

Ordered gemini maxi at the point of ordering said 2^3 days saw no progress emailed about the order several times no response will. not ve using ever again lucky used PayPal so going to put in dispute qui k enough to take your money

Dismal experience so far...

I signed up for their emails which offered a 20% discount on my first order. I got a welcome email but no discount code 🤔. I've had emails saying I've left something in my basket (and that's exactly where it will stay until I get my code), I've had emails showing me other things. I've suddenly received emails into my spam folder from various scammers. All within 24hours. What I haven't had is an email with a discount code or a reply to my email asking where it is. I'd give 0 stars if that were possible...

I would give zero if I could

I would give zero if I could. I ordered an item 12 days ago and of course they took my money. I’ve heard not a word from them since. No delivery date - nothing !! I rang yesterday and was told they would let me know via email - no email !! I rang again today and girl was very rude and said as it was only day 7 of their 5 - 7 day time frame to get orders out and I was being picky !!!!! Excuse me, but if I’ve paid for something then I expect it pretty quick, and if CC can’t get it out quickly then the most honest and truthful thing to do is to tell people. They still can’t tell me when it’s coming and surprise-surprise I can’t cancel the order either as it is now in “picking”. No wonder Sara Davies is a multi millionaire. I’m shocked and angry and I will NEVER EVER buy any CC item again, either from them direct, or anywhere else either. I will also advise friends in our craft club not to buy their products either. The customer service is non existent and Sara Davies should be disgusted with herself.

Still awaiting for my Order!

I placed an order with a segment on hobbymaker, 7th Sept, ordering the 'epic' pen bundle. The crafters companion demonstrator did say the were moving warehouses and that's why they had such great deals. We know that it can take up to 10 days for delivery but after 15 working days I was getting concerned as it was to be a gift, I initially emailed hobbymaker, then emailed Crafters Companion on the 25th sept, they finally replied on 1st Oct, the apology was pointless has I still had not recieved my order, they stated the warehouse was Closed from 22nd Aug to 12th Sept. NO orders where being packed or shipped and that's why there are delays! I sent back a disapointed reply. I then recieved a 2nd reply, blaming Hobbmaker for not mentioning the delays.Why didn't the demonstrator who works for Crafters companion be honest and say that the warehouse was closed and there would be delays in deliveries.. That is idiotic to close up totally, and not process and dispatch orders for such a time period, but still keep on selling large quantities of stock on hobbymaker, and the back log of orders gets biggerIt has now been 22 working days, with no parcel being delivered. Still waiting!

Appalling Customer Service

Sadly I can't review the product as it hasn't arrived. The book was out for delivery on 27th September and still hasn't arrived on 7th October! Customer service is very poor and keep fob me off. I had to remind them my sales contract is with them and not the courier but they are not interested. I will not purchase from them again until the customer service and delivery reviews improve.

AVOID!!!AVOID!!!! AVOID!!!! Awful awful company, don’t touch them if you don’t want to spend time and effort trying to sort out problems. Had problem after problem, was sent a £20 voucher which doesn’t work!!! No answer to emails, don’t answer the phone. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
