I would give no stars if possible! ordered 2 products over 7 weeks ago, have received nothing, no delay email, no nothing. They were live on air selling the same product I ordered & sold out, yet still nothing in the post weeks later. Disgrace of a company!! I can’t even watch hobbymaker when crafters companion are on, it just annoys me so much. Was pleased to see they were live on air for 3 hours today for a takeover and have sold out of barely nothing, so would imagine you will see all the same products for months to come live on air. Do yourself a favour and AVOID!!!!Hobbymaker I have no complaints about, delivery is good as is complaints department.
The worst service Ive ever received. Ordered on the 15th of December with a claim that it would be delivered within 5 days. It wasn’t, all my correspondence to chase the order were complete ignored. It’s the 28th of December and I still received my order or any information whatsoever. Absolutely outrageous service
Terrible customer service!Ordered items that were in stock. The confirmation email delivery with in 3-5 days. 13 days later I'm still waiting. When I sent an email asking where my order was, I got an automated response saying they will get back to me in 1-2 weeks!!! How Sara Davies can dare to be on Dragon's Den as a business guru, when she clearly doesn't know how to run one.I will never buy from them again.
Placed an order on 18th December for 3 boxes of pens. There was no mention of a delayed dispatch at time of order but when I got my confirmation said items would be dispatched from first week of Jan. We are now at 29th Jan and still without my order. Have spoken to customer services several times and have been fobbed off with several different excuses, staff sound pretty sick of dealing with complaints. This used to be a great company with really good customer service, it certainly isn't now. Management seems to have taken their eye off the ball and things have gone very wrong. Once I get this order I will not be using them again.
This company has gone downhill very quickly.i have been waiting for an order from 17th December 2025. sent, not even half the order on 2nd January. since then i have had nothing. i have contacted and had passive aggressive replies, i have now been refunded for item that are "out of stock" but were on sale just a few weeks ago.as per advice from CAB, i have put in an official complaint about this. this was when they refunded the out of stock items.
Ordered on the 16th of Dec with a guarantee of delivery before Christmas. Never showed and no communication or reason given. Phoned up a week ago (almost a month after they took my money) and to be fair, the customer service staff could not be apologetic enough. Part of my order arrived the next day. Today it's the 19th of January and I have still not received most of my order. I'm never buying from them again and I'm deleting them from all my social pages and if it wasn't for the £10 discount, I would just ask for a refund. They really need to communicate better with their customers and keep them informed.Follow up. 30.01 26Still not received my goods and still not heard a thing from them. Phoned today to be told some items are 'lost' so I asked for a refund, needless to say. I lost my £10 discount gift and was charged postage for the partial order that arrived (was less than £20). I lost out but now I don't have to think about them anymore. Shocking behaviour.
I am so unbelievably disappointed in this company. I have shopped with them for many years and I have never known it to be this bad. I placed an order on the 16th December and they stated on the website that it would be guaranteed delivery before Christmas day. Well Christmas day passed and New years day passed and I had still heard nothing. I sent multiple messages and had no response. Eventually I phoned them on the 12th January and they said there was an issue with the warehouse and stock and that I wasn't the only customer in this situation. No real apology from them. I then received part of my order a few days later, but I am still waiting for the rest of my order. What is going on Crafters Companion? From a company that was once so reliable you have now become so very disappointing and have let so many customers down.
Thought I would join in, as I have the same problems. Ordered December 16th 2025 and site promised delivery by Christmas. Nothing arrived. Chased them up by E mail and a small part of order arrived mid January. E mailed many times since and I do get replies. Keep getting told about wharehouse moving and items will be sent as soon as they are found. The date for them ‘finding’ my items gets extended week by week. I have been offered a refund for ‘missing’ items. After disgusting non service like this they really should refund everyone in full for the whole order.I turn over now when they are on television, and will never purchase from them again.Try Hunkydory and Toptopper shop they are both excellent.Update- Today 23 Feb I was informed that my missing items have been refunded. I am still annoyed because the couple of items sent out in mid January were only ordered to make up the amount to get free delivery.All the items I really wanted have never arrived and all have been refunded.All the excuses about warehouse moves are not our fault, don’t promise before Christmas delivery if the stock is not even there!
Just very poor customer service and delivery is extremely slow no matter what time of year there is always an excuse warehouse changing, blah blah, as a person I think Sara is lovely but instead of investing in other businesses please sort out you own baby that made who you are today. Waiting for deliveries is not good for us. Ordered 28th November, now 10th December and still order is not even fulfilled so how long will this take just to pack simply not good. Will not bother again another customer lost and have been a supporter since your very first item. Very disappointing
