Probably will not use again. Took many emails to receive these two orders. Zara was the bright spot in these transactions. She finally got the issues of delivery resolved. Thanks Zara for your help. BloomsyBox once delivered was very nice. Flowers were very pretty and was a large bouquet. Hope next two subscription deliveries will go on without any problems. The order to FaithBox was very disappointing. Took a lot of correspondence to get it delivered and then was very disappointed in contents of the box. It was a thank you gift and I will need to find something else to express my thanks because this absolutely did not. It was a waste of money.
I bought the Faithbox subscription as a gift for a family member. It was a hit! I didn't realize that it would make it an auto-renewal subscription, but was sent a reminder email prior to it auto-renewing which gave me time to cancel. I had also reached out to Cratejoy support to confirm all the boxes had been delivered and my subscription was cancelled. Support was quick to resolve my inquiry and all settled within 24 hrs. All in all it was a good experience, a bit pricey, but I believe worth it.
ZERO STARS. I bought my husband the root beer subscription for father’s day. I did a 3 month subscription and mind you it was about $150… for soda. He loves root beer and it was a unique gift because they made it sound like you would be getting craft root beers/uncommon root beers to taste (not the main brands at the store). Each box 3 different root beers with 2 of each brand, so a total of 6 sodas. The first box came and 2 of them were common here, he can get locally at menards and walmart but the third was new. The second box came and 2 of the brands were the exact same as the first box! $45 per box (for 6 sodas) and they are sending the SAME ONES. So then I email them and they were so incompetent it was unbelievable to me that they are still in business. The actual business that is doing the Root beer sampler is Beverages Direct and THEY are just as useless as cratejoy. I had to wait a whole month to get my refund because beverages direct was not responding to cratejoy about the issue and months later I have still only been refunded for one box.
Cratejoy has ESCALATED my dispute on several occasions due to my order not shipped from Debonair Scents, which was ordered and paid for in July 12th.Customer support appears to be assisting, but each time I reach out, Zara or whoever, apologizes for the inconvenience and states we will escalate this dispute! I understand they support vendors and aren't the actual sellers, but if a customer has multiple complaints about a vendor on their website, the customer's complaint should be resolved ASAP.I've expressed my dissatisfaction on each email and requested a refund ASAP!MY TIP...AVOID CRATEJOY AND ITS' SHADY VENDORS!!
