I ordered a 3 month subscription…

I ordered a 3 month subscription through Crate Joy in August. The first box was supposed to be delivered right away. After almost 3 weeks I still had not received it. I reached out to them and got an immediate response to my problem from Zara. She was great. Very on top of it. Not only did I receive several emails from Zara with updates on the whereabouts of my box, but the actual owner of the company reached out to me as well in a separate email. I’ve never had such immediate follow up from any company like I did with Crate Joy. Thank you again, ladies.

Zara and Jenny Deserve 5 Stars

Zara and Jenny made my experience 5 stars when they did everything to address my issue. I emailed at 11:47am and by 11:48am, I already had assistance and ongoing responses with consistent communication and follow up to help me. My package was located by the recipient and I even had assistance to ensure the next shipment would be without issue. I am incredibly grateful for and impressed by the customer service I experienced. I definitely plan to use this company again for future gifts. I got Bloomsy Box for one gift and had no issues. I also got Therabox from Cratejoy and had a good gift experience there as well.

Avoid Doing Business with CratejoyI strongly advise against purchasing from Cratejoy. I ordered a 3-month DateNite Box subscription, but nothing ever shipped. I received no details after placing the order—just a visible subscription with no activity.I reached out to the seller directly and never received a response, so I contacted Cratejoy’s customer service. Initially, they appeared helpful and said they would work to resolve the issue. They reached out to the seller, who again did not respond. Cratejoy then offered several options, including a refund, which I immediately requested.Since then, communication from Cratejoy has been extremely poor. Every response I receive ignores the issue entirely, and they have failed to issue the promised refund or ensure shipment. At this point, the situation feels deceptive and untrustworthy. Proceed with caution—my experience with Cratejoy has been extremely disappointing and feels fraudulent.
