I had a really positive experience with this company. Their response time was impressively fast, and they were always quick to answer any questions I had. The team was professional, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s clear they value good customer service and communication. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and responsive company.
I signed up for the free trial of Creative Fabrica and made sure to cancel it before the renewal date. However, despite cancelling my subscription multiple times, I have experienced repeated attempts to charge my account.
Fortunately, my bank blocked these transactions. Still, it is very concerning that the subscription appears to reactivate and that payment attempts continue even after cancellation.
For this reason, I can only give one star. I expect a cancelled subscription to remain cancelled and no further payment attempts to be made.
This company is horrible. They offered a free trial.When I subscribed to the free trial,( instead of giving me the free trial they charged my account $47. I immediately contacted customer service and they immediately denied my refund. Even though I didn't use the app and I literally got the app 5 minutes prior, they still would not refund me. In fact everything I wrote them they replied with the same generic answer of" your issue does not qualify for a refund". I finally had to dispute it with my bank. If I could give negative stars I would.No phone number to call just an email that is controlled by an automatic reply. Stay away from this app. Horrible!

The vast amount of resources on Creative Fabrica is mind-boggling! I always find exactly what I need. I had a problem (my fault) with my subscription and reached out to them. Their response was FAST and they were extremely helpful and understanding. I recommend Creative Fabrica to anyone needing digital resources.
I had two billing issues with Creative Fabrica and couldn't understand what was going on. I reached out to them with my concerns and they immediately explained what was going on and and issued a refunded to me (which they did not need to do, as the error was mine). The whole experience was positive, made clear, and the customer service was exceptional.
SCAM
Signed up for a ‘free 7 day trial’ and cancelled it after 20 minutes via email (the only way to cancel by the way as the site makes it impossible). Customer service confirmed my account was cancelled and yet they still charged me $49.99 USD 7 days later!!
Now I’m trying to email them again to refund it and apparently they have no record of charging me on their end.. absolute scum bags making you jump through hoops to reclaim your own funds
I'm so incredibly impressed with the splendid customer service here at Creative Fabrica! I had accidentally forgotten to cancel my free trial and my card had been charged. I wrote them, requesting a refund and they replied within 10 minutes, instanly solving my issue and refunding the money! I'm so thankful.
I had an issue with my subscription that the customer service team resolved in less than an hour. No extra questions or unnecessary waiting—they helped with exactly what I asked them to. 10/10 would recommend!
This company is a scam. They told me the trial would be free then charged my card. I asked them to remove the subscription and release the funds back to my account which a representative Alex told me would be done then took the money anyway. It was the only money I had left for my daughter to go to school. I would never recommend to anyone.
