When I thought things had already gone over the big cliff, Creative Fabrica stepped in and made everything right. That is what I call "Blue Skies now and ahead, we got you back" support
I am extremely disappointed with Creative Fabrica's deceptive subscription practices. I signed up for a 'Free Trial' to test the service, only to be hit with a massive charge for a full ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION without any prior notification or warning.
This is a clear violation of EU consumer protection laws regarding auto-renewals and transparency. I have not used or downloaded a single item since this unauthorized charge occurred. Their support team's initial response was a robotic refusal, ignoring the fact that I was misled into this subscription.
I have already initiated a formal dispute (Chargeback) with my bank and notified them of these predatory tactics. If you are a new user, BEWARE: they will take your money without consent.

I signed up for the free trial but was too fast and collected coins that skipped the free trial (it clearly told me that I would skip the trial and be charged) but I had already selected the option before reading. The yearly money was taken out, which I didn’t have at this time. I sent an email (which was really easy to find) and received a reply saying they would sort it out for me. Within 30mins it was all sorted and I had my refund. Will definitely be subscribing when I get paid. Customer service was the best I’ve had for a while as most companies use Them online assistants and you can’t speak to a human.

I was charged with a subscription that I did not recognise that I got. But after reaching out to the customer service they helped me very much and solve this problem and refunded me that was not the problem and very easy great service.

The fact that I requested one anyway was a communication error on my part.
