The drivers of this companies buses are the worste, most unprofessional, rude, dangerous and downright reckless drivers on the road. I have no idea how any of their drivers ever passed a driving test and hold a current CPC licence. This company should be ashamed of how their drivers conduct themselves on publuc roads
Absolutely no consistency with when the bus that takes me home from school will arrive, and very often doesn’t come at all. Bearing in mind I rely on it to get home, as my parents are both working long after I am supposed to get home, it is terrible. My sister has given up getting it at all, so that shows how unreliable it is. Bus Drivers are rude and terrible at their jobs, and one has even crashed into a fence trying to turn around. This company is terrible, DO NOT USE DIAMOND BUSES!
I have a mobility problem and was rushing as fast as I could to get to the bus.Driver clearly saw (and heard!) me alongside the window trying to get on.I was a few feet from the door and he closed the door and drove off.Utter bar-stool.This is why people don’t bother with buses anymore.
fyi i am a student and i have bline card to get a bit of money off my bus fairs, when i got on the bus the man was very rude to me and i showed him my bline card and he didnt take the money off, i also heard others on the bus say he was rude aswell.
I applied for a trainee bus driver's job with Diamond Bus and was sent to Bolton, had passed my module 1a,1b and module 2 prior to go there, drove for three days with an extremely rude and aggressive instructor who often used so bold swear words with screaming loud shouting, absolutely unpleasant and suffocating environment. Had to quit on day three....Will never recommend to anyone who I have the slightest empathy for....
