Bus tracker jumped a distance of around 2.5 miles causing me to miss the bus.The tracker showed the bus stationary on station hill kidderminster, Then it disappeared, I immediately went out of my house, Only to see it leaving the stop.What the hell is going on, Previously the driver has sold me day tickets for the wrong area & refused a refund. "Contact customer service by email" Sent picture of wrong ticket & picture of correct ticket issued immediately after, Complete with debit card info for a refund.No refund has been issued by diamond bus customer service.The government want people to use public transport yet these Dirty, unreliable, worn out heaps of junk with some drivers who don't deserve a job, Encourage not to!
I waited well over an hour for a bus at Heathrow that never came and finally had to pay for a taxi. I asked for a refund which was agreed and, like the bus, I am still waiting for this. I have sent numerous emails and each time am told that a ticket has been created. But where is the refund??
The worst bus provider in the world. May as well hitchhike Drivers are not very educated, slow and extremely rude. You will most likely get wiplash as they cant even control their brakes 😂😂😂. The head office is even worse, no phone operating skills at all. Very shambles. Most unreliable transport provider in the ukMy 2 year old nephew can drive better on the bus somulator game. Maybe something you should buy for your drivers.... got to start with the basics
An absolute DISGRACE. I go to school meaning I have fixed times and already it comes quite late but it still works but today IT DIDNT EVEN COME I didn’t miss it as I was there way before it was supposed to arrive but it doesn’t come. Disgraceful service like come on. L A15 bus. Screw you
At least the morning bus did turn up on time, even if it did take an absolute eternity to get to its destination. Coming home though was far worse. 15.10 bus didn't turn up. 15.40 bus was 15 minutes late. A 1hr 5 minute journey took an hour and a half. So by the time I got home it was over an hour later than it should have been. If that'd been a train journey I'd have been given my money back. But this lot didn't even offer an explanation never mind an apology. Never again.
I was going to take the bus 50 from city centre to Moseley but when I came and went on the diamond bus the lady bus driver was having none of it. It was around 15pm. Since the buses have joined the nbus scheme there shouldn't be any problems to jump on that bus. I have taken the diamond bus for around 2 months now without a problem. Maybe some of your staff doesn't now about the nbus scheme but I don't what to have this embarrassment one more time, thank you.
X50 always from Piccadilly gardens is an absolute shambolic state they cannot stick to a basic timetable. A month ago they crashed a bus in Manchester through a shop window and killed a lady. These dhickheads need to loose the contract. Alot of people can agree
