A person like that hard to come .. What a disgusting company. My son gets up at 6 am and is early for the bus every day. Then today some vile creature driving wouldn’t let him on the bus. My son is a well presented, well mannered young man. So I can only put it down to racial discrimination as my son is mixed race. Diamond if you read these reviews the bus my son was trying to get on was the 471 vehicle number 40791. I will get to the bottom of this one way or another with the outcome hopefully being the driver losing their job. Absolutely disgraceful how you can treat young people.
Worst company to ever take over the major bus route operations. Especially the 471 from Bilton to Rochdale and vice versa Rochdale to bolton. Single deckers instead of doubles at peak times, whilst number 36 has 2 buses.. never on time. Up to 30 min wait most days combined 4 hours per week wasted . Qr scanners never work, buses need sorting.
I'm 58 years old and have relied on public transport for most of my life. This is, by far, the worst bus company I have ever had the misfortune to rely on. They appear to operate entirely on a two tier approach: either late or not at all. This consistently adds an extra 40 mins to an already long commute due to missed connections as a result of that initial late or missing bus.
The worst company i have EVER come across. Why have a time table if you dont run to the schedule? Why have a customer service department if you aren't going to provide any form of service? Why have a complaints department to then not address the complaints? Why do you have a "report an accident" option over the phone and 3 months later I have heard absolutely nothing about said accident when I stated clearly i was physically harmed during a commute from work to home due to the incompetence of one of your bus drivers? Not to mention the sheer arrogance and rudeness of 90% of your drivers who find it acceptable to speak to most passengers like absolute garbage. Find another job if you are that miserable. Absolutely shambles of a company.
2 buses broke down again!so when the bus eventually turned up it was rammed by the time it got to Bescot. 45 bus service is a joke, never a day goes by without at least one missed out, drivers are rude, we were promised better buses but still got the rickety old noisy buses, drivers stop for a break when they want even if they're running late
