This shop is good until you have…

This shop is good until you have problem with order . They charge me twice plus gave me wrong size . Had to fight tooth ad nail to get my order fixed through PayPal . I’m still waiting to see if refund me....Now they finally replied . I refused item because they over charged me and now there saying the address on package is there warehouse but will not be shipped back to them .??? Dose not make sense that’s label they provided when shipping item ..

After a very long wait

After a very long wait, I had a letter come saying I had duty to pay for my parcel. An additional £25 on top of the expense I payed for some quite cheap clothing. Emails I sent asking where the delivery had got to was answered with repetitive copy and paste responses and when I asked for the £25 charge back I have had no response. I have sent around 4 emails and still nothing. To say I’m dissatisfied is an understatement and I would recommend people not to buy from here.

Very bad.Ordered 2 shirts. The same size. 3xl One of them fit, maybe a little tight. The other one wasn't even close. Probably 4 inches smaller in the chest. The offered to refund, but only if I paid return shipping which was 60% of the cost of the item because it had to be a package sent "registered mail". When I insisted they pay for return shipping, they erased all trace of my transaction from my account on their site.Very bad. This is a fraudulent company that doesn't take responsibility for the clothes they sell. Do yourself a favor and choose ANY other company.*UPDATE* As you can see from the response below from Dresslilly, they are silent on the main concerns. They DO NOT accept responsibility for fraudulent sizing mistakes (yes, I checked the sizing chart and it was substantially wrong about the size they said vs the size it was). And they DO NOT pay for return shipping to get a refund, insisting that you return the item Registered mail at a cost that is almost the entire cost of the item.This is a business that doesn't care about their customers or telling the truth. And even in their reply they don't take responsibility. DO NOT BUY from them. If something changes, I will certainly update this review** UPDATE 2** They have messaged me to offer an " exceptional offer" to refund the price without requiring the item returned by registered mail. I will update my score for them pending the refund. Stay tuned

Good customer service

A bit hit and miss as to the quality of the products. I ordered a dress off them last year and it was a bit smaller than i expected, but other than that i thought it was of decent quality. So this time when i placed an order, i opted for a size larger. No problem with fit this time, however i wasn't impressed with the quality of 2 out of 3 items as the fabric of a jumper i ordered was thinner than i was expecting, however it still looks ok on, so i will still wear it, but a jumper dress that i also bought is very thin material and does not look good on, so i wont be wearing it, but i also won't bother with trying to return it as it was only about £13 anyway. I guess you get what you pay for! The checkered dress i bought though was of decent quality and looks nice on.Edit: since i wrote this review, dresslilly saw it and got in contact with me. They gave me a full refund for the item i was unimpressed with. Since i hadn't even contacted them directly to complain, i believe they have a very good customer service and do strive to make their customers happy. I will buy from them again, as i am now confident that if i do have an issue with an item, it will be sorted out quickly. and the majority of items i have bought from them so far have been of good quality and look nice on.

ZERO STARS

ZERO STARS! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I never received my order which was to the value of over £160. I am still communicating with them to receive a refund but they expect me to pay shipping costs of £60!!! I did not receive one single item of my order but am expected to pay money out for their pathetic service! I will NEVER order from this company again & urge others to avoid as you will be out of pocket. Complete scam! Be warned.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered through this company and never received my items. They refused to give me a refund as it was delivered but to wrong address. I was essentially told it's my fault that I put in the wrong address, which is a lie because I autofilled with paypal and triple checked. They just kept telling me it was my fault and denied me a refund or my items. HORRIBLE experience and WILL NEVER RECOMMEND them to anyone. They're customer service is trash.UPDATE: after a MONTH of back and forth, they have issued my refund after I left this negative review, but only after a negative review. I wouldn't have had to leave the negative review if they had just worked with me from the beginning. I'm still staying away from this company in the future.
