**Final Update**: It took far longer than I expected to get my clothes, but the order is intact & I’m very happy with the outfits I’d chosen. All the leggings fit true to measurement. I chose my items according to my measurements regardless of stated size & I have no regrets about that. Everything fits and I won’t be sending anything back. All the clothes came in cute, individual little plastic sleeves. Not sure what to do with all these now, but that’s not a complaint. ^.^ Velvet piece I bought was nice quality velvet & unlined. Most of the clothes are thin, but I see that as a benefit as I’m prone to layering up for outside work. The lace on most pieces are amazing quality! Real, authentic, thick, cotton lace. So lovely & durable. It’s too early to know how the clothes will weather in the wash. All together, the biggest hassle was the stress of actually getting my order into my hands. I’m still going to think twice about if it was worth it & whether I’ll purchase from this vendor in the future. (Rating Amended from 1⭐️ to 3⭐️⭐️⭐️)******Update* It’s been days & the tracking information has yet to be updated. Tomorrow is Friday & that means 2 weeks since I made my order & they charged my card with no way of knowing if/when I’ll actually get my order. Until I have that package in hand & see that it’s not full of torn dresses & goat blood I will continue being very very loud about this issue. *****I complied with the directions, my card was charged & is pending, meanwhile this company is telling me to take my money back & refused me service. I just lost 40lbs over this quarantine period; it’s getting cold here & I have no clothes to take me through winter & spring. I had a crush on their cute dresses, tshirts, & leggings; hate this site now. If this how you treat ppl trying to spend hundreds of dollars in a new wardrobe best shop elsewhere! Now I’m concerned they’ll scam me with the information I provided attempting to secure my clothing. Lost a customer hoping to be a loyal patron.
Products are cheap so low quality is expected. The returns process is dreadful. I was aware that I would be expected to pay for delivery back but I had no idea the closest warehouse was in Spain and would cost £47 to return. Thankfully my refund will be more than that but it makes no sense. My delivery costs were low so they obviously have a cheaper way of sending. Clearly Dresslily don't care about this part of the shopping process for consumers. If my package doesn't get to them and I don't get my full refund I will be extremely angry. And I certainly won't be using them again.
Didn't have option of zero stars. My item came and was nothing like the photo on website. Colours completely different. Wrote to ask to return and get money back which was accepted but I have to pay the return fee to US from UK. The item was only $16 and expect the return postage would have been the same. Now at a loss of $16 and with an item I don't want. Terrible customer service. You should have a free returns policy for items where they are not what they seem in the photos!!!
I bought 2 dresses off dresslilly at the beginning of November I just received them yesterday, firstly I was kept waiting a bit longer than expected but didn't mind as customer care were quick enough to respond and I waited a few more days and was excited to try on my new dresses 🙈😫how wrong was i🤨a red one was fine it's ok quality but the pink one was a joke I actually laughed when I opened it up it was pictured as a off shoulder vintage dress,fitted at the top and flared out with a white bow around the waist, I received a pink lycra material with very thin straps,flimsy material that genuinely did not look like the pretty dress they have advertised. I complained to customer service and got a reply saying sorry and as a gesture of good will I didn't have to send the dress back and I would receive store credit,when I replied thanks they replied back saying I had to send the dress back to hongkong at my own expense and when the supplier received the dress then they would give me my money back, UPDATE Bess from customer care replied to me in a very polite professional understanding way and dealt with my complaint promptly, my money was sent back to my account and I received a coupon for dresslilly and I did not have to send the dress back to Hongkong. I placed an order on 7th October 2020 which cost a over £50 for 3 items, it is now the 13th November and I still haven't received the items, I emailed them more than a week ago to raise a query on the order but didn't receive any reply so I logged onto the site to raise another one today and see they have answered my first query but not emailed me so I didn't know they had replied, they have said that the goods were returned to the supplier due to an incorrect delivery address however the address is my correct address??? including the postcode!! They then asked for a small fee (not quoted) to re-arrange delivery however stated: 'NOTE: Please reply us within 3 days. Otherwise, the parcel will be abandoned or returned by shipping agent. In this case, we will not be liable.' however I didn't see this as they never emailed the reply so I only saw this when I logged into the website to complain again today. Very poor and I wouldn't recommend, I think I've been scammed.
They won't pay for return shipping. The quality is very low. Definitely a scam! I used the size chart and measured myself. I ordered what should have been the correct size according to their chart, but the clothes were way too big. If they are going to put the wrong sizes on their chart, they need to pay for return shipping. It is their mistake, not the customer's.There is also a scam review in this section that has a number for "Dresslily". Don't call it. I did and I wound up with hundreds of dollars of fraudulent purchases made with both my Paypal and my credit card. I flagged the reviews, so hopefully they are taken down.Edit: Now they are replying to tell me I messed up and to check the size chart. I mentioned that is what I did. They obviously don’t actually read these reviews. They are just using their automatic replies and not customizing them at all.
I purchased an item for my girlfriend which was not winter-ready nor the correct size as listed. When I returned the item in question, the money was not refunded. Dresslily has a points system whereby they provide an instore credit. This instore credit is $.02 per point. The points are equal to the cost of the item. So, for an item costing $41, one would receive less than $1 in an instore credit. This can only be used for 20% of the cost of your next order. One can only begin to use these once receiving 50 points. This was the only option for a return. I would not purchase from this company, as they will also not accept returns for sizes being inaccurate.
Bought 2 womens shirts, 1 mens jogger pants, and a mens hoodie. I used the measurements chart instead of going by size and this resulted in perfect sizing for everything. Using the measurements chart is a MUST along with checking reviews about fabric feel! I only didn't like one shirt, it was made of bathing suit material instead of being a real shirt, but am keeping it, as it matches the pants I bought. Otherwise was very happy with everything else. I like that you are allowed to stack coupons, and that there are all sorts of sales going on at all different times
