Review Time
I ordered three items from them, one arrived and is passable, one is really cheap thin material and looks tacky compared to the photos and one arrived sewn completely wonky and is therefore completely unwearable, I asked for a refund and they refuse to acknowledge bits damaged and keep saying "sorry it doesn't fit" and offered a partial refund to keep it or only paying a fraction of the postage to return the item despite it being entirely their fault.Also don't be fooled by their reply. I have been replying to every single message for the last two weeks.
I can't say I'm not pleasantly surprised by the fast delivery of my order. However, the quality wasn't as great as I hoped with the top in terms of shape but it's still alright quality and I will definitely be wearing it as loungewear (the material itself is better and more comfortable quality than I expected). The top was also longer than expected but that doesn't make it any less appealing.
Ordered 2dresses,paid 43,55euros.The track and trace says my order is delivered but i didnt receive anything. After talking with them now for a week the solutions which they offered me.1. Giving me some 17dollars virtual dresslily money for future orders. (thats way far from the money which i paid) 2. They want me to pay 25dollars more and they will resend it. (how can i be sure that this time i will receive my package?) and also why would i pay again? I paid my order i paid the shipping. I think if the shipping company lost my package or delivered it to a wrong adress then they need to take a responsibility for that. Not me losing my money
I ordered a model kit. It was delivered in about 3weeks, but I'm terribly disappointed. The box was badly damaged and the runners are all bent. If I wanted to pay almost $45 for a $20 kit, I would have went to a local shop. It was also a knock off that didn't even come with all the right pieces. I'm not ordering from the company again. Im.not angry, just really disappointed.
Awful awful company. I ordered a dress a while ago, it looked quite nice, but when it turned up, after a very long delivery time, it was awful. The seams are all mismatched and puckered, the material, although black, is so thin that it’s basically see through. It was awful. I obviously asked for a refund and was told that I would need to post it to Spain at my own cost! I have never heard of a mail order clothes company not offering free returns, and having to pay for a large international posting just to get a proportion of my money back is just awful. It’s just a scam so that you can’t return their awful quality items. Yesterday they then asked me to write a review for them, which honestly, was ridiculous. So I did one, properly, explaining how awful they are, and they’ve sent me a message saying they’ll give me $3 as a good will payment!!! What a joke. I’m writing this in the hope that nobody else uses this scammy site.
So far i received a different size than expected, however after a little back and forth for a couple of days i have been able to get through to a wonderful supervisor who is willing to send me the correct size, if i receive the items in the mail i could easily make this a 5 star
I'm now using the sight for the second time. The first two dresses were lovely. One was a perfect fit and the other was a little big so I just too it in myself. Can't complain about the quality.Delivery does take a while and it is a bit expensive. But it's so hard to find pretty plus size clothes. I'm normally someone who has to try it on first so I feel like I've really lucked out.
My buying experience with dresslily has always been positive. Dresslily always has wonderful selections to choose from, enough sizes to accomodate my plus size body, and deals and discounts to always make sure I'm getting the lowest price. All of the dresses I've received have been high quality for low cost. I never thought I would be able to fill my wardrobe with such a wide array of beautiful dresses, but dresslily made it easy and affordable. I will truly be using them for a long time.
Ordered a dress which was made of poor quality fabric and a completely different shape to that in the picture - no waist at all just a sack. Arranged a return (eventually being offered a refund rather than credit) with postage at my own expense because they would not concede that the dress was not as described. I didn't track the parcel (as postage costs would then have skyrocketed to almost as much as the dress itself) but do have proof of postage. Despite this, 2 months later they claim they have not received my package and won't do anything without tracking. All in all, this attempt at an order has cost me over £30. I will be attempting to reclaim my money through the credit card company.Since posting this they have offered to refund the dress (but not any of the postage of course) which is a distinct improvement, but it should not come to the point of raising complaints publicly to get reasonable behaviour from a company.
