My love of Elemis has been a 16 year passion as I love their products & will never change. So when a promotional offer came to my attention I put in an online order only to notice the following day I’d omitted to include the correct promotional code. I duly called the Customer Service team & spoke to Poppy~Ann who was exceptional! She was able to assist beyond my expectations.
