Excellent Customer Service

It was a shame that I needed to contact Elemis for some Customer Service as the IT system had not correctly processed my order. But when I did the very efficient and professional Shelley took ownership of the issue, worked out why the issue had occurred and then ensured that my order was correctly fulfilled. She did an excellent job and was a credit to the business. I now look forward to receiving my correct order in the next couple of days. Many thanks Shelley
