My 'beef' meal on flight EK355 had two large chunks of fat rather than chunks of beef. I told the airline stewardess who initially told me there were no spare meals. When I showed her the lumps of fat and told her I wouldn't serve it to my dog she grudgingly went off and eventually brought a chicken meal which I assume was from business class. The chicken was dry and overcooked. Absolutely appalling food from what is supposed to be a premium airline. I will probably never book with them again after this experience.

after repeatedly given the airline my disabled information and details of my wheelchair the information was never passed on, on arrival at Dubai we were delayed on the runway for over an hour, as the disabled transport broke down repeatedly with us on it, we kept asking for them to inform our hotel transport we were being delayed and were ignored, on arrival at the arrivals area we were again delayed we had meet and greet booked alas no help from them delayed going through scanner as in a wheelchair, we arrived to find out nearly 2 hours after arriving the transport had left, we approached what we thought may be a help desk and told they could not help and we should contact our agent at the airport disabled with luggage folding electric wheelchair and no-one to contact our mobiles geared for data only not able to phone the hotel or what's app (we found out later our only way to contact them even though they are called emirates holidays) finally a stranger offered to help and we had to get a taxi to the hotel , we raised a complaint as our travel company would not do so on our behalf and were offered air-miles as compensation no good to me i'm 67 disabled and can no longer afford holidays this one for insurance cost £640 for two weeks so a useless gesture tried to complain via holiday company when we got home they see no problems and reject you big man stepping on disabled i feel

Best Flight Ever! 🛫✨

OMG, my Emirates flight to Dubai was AMAZING! The seats were super comfy, and I had so much legroom. The in-flight entertainment was lit 🔥 – so many movies and shows to choose from! The food was delicious, and the crew was super friendly and helpful. Plus, the view from the window was breathtaking 🌅. I totally recommend flying with Emirates if you want a top-notch experience! ✈️💯

The worst business class experience I…

The worst business class experience I had ever taken. The flight attendants threw drinks into the toilets and cooked raw meats to customers. They even ignored my requests repeatedly. The flight purser lied about the incident in his report. Worse off, they covered up a safety incident where a seat had a sharp chip which caused safety hazards.

Flight time 09:50 from Manchester to dubai in 02nd of August. Very hot out . These cowboys decided to fill the flight with people, kids in such a hot weather were upset and crying. They decided Not to switch on the air conditioning. Imagine 300 people in and no air con. Shame on you. 11:25 and I was dying. Migraine kicks in . 7 hours of misery. Shame on you

Somehow Emraites makes easy jet seem…

Somehow Emraites makes easy jet seem good. Emraites delayed my flight due to a technical issue on their plane. I’ve been waiting at the airport for over 5 hours each hour they have called the flights gate said last call only to the announce it will take off on another hour. They have made me miss my connecting flight. Emraites won’t tell me when or how I can get to my holiday. Their advise was go to Dubai and hope for a place on flight. It would likely be 2 days after my original flight. This would reduce my holiday by 2 nights minimum. Emraites have not offered compensation, care or helpfulness. I have never spoken to such rude pathetic customer service agents that answer the phones. One wouldn’t give his name and pretended he wasn’t there anymore I could still hear him. What kind of company is this ? Find a different airline who has decorum

I'm extremely disappointed with customer service

I'm extremely disappointed with Emirates' customer service. Since my flight was delayed at the end of July last year, I have yet to receive the compensation I applied for. Despite my wife and I providing the same information, she has received her refund while I was told that my information was incorrect. When I inquired about what information was needed, they continued to ignore my emails. After multiple follow-ups, they finally informed me of the issue, but the compensation matter remains unresolved, and I still have not received a response after several inquiries.As one of the top ten airlines in the world, such poor customer service quality is completely unacceptable. I question the authenticity of their service ranking; this performance demonstrates their disregard for customers. I demand that my compensation application be processed immediately and expect a reasonable explanation and compensation.

coming back from bangkok got in o dubai 6.50amflight back to england 8.00amso me and the rest on the plane had to go through securityi was told to get the shuttle buswhen i got to the other side of the airporthad to go through security againwhen i eventually got there the gate was closedthen i found out to rebook my flight was £200got back later that afternoon at gatwickhaving to rebook my bus then taxi
