Everytime I fly with emirates the…

Everytime I fly with emirates the aircraft is FREEZING COLD making the journey so uncomfortable, Its so inconsiderate. Not worth the money at all, paying so much £ to travel in discomfort. Can’t imagine how older people cope or those with a iron deficiency

Dreadful…

We flew with Emirates Airline to Tokyo via Dubai. The aircraft was an A380, plenty of legroom in Economy, however the aircraft was very cold. Food was average, cabin service was extremely poor. Following take-off it was nearly two hours into the flight before the cabin crew came round offering a drinks service and food, totally, in the end our son resorted to using the call button to summon a cabin crew member to ask for some refreshment. At Dubai we changed aircraft to a Boeing 777-300 ER, leg room was not bad, cabin service was poor, The aircraft was comfortable enough. However upon arrival at Tokyo Haneda Airport we sat in the aircraft the captain was unable to dock the aircraft for nearly 25 minutes due to the Emirates gate being occupied by another aircraft, this obviously meant we were late getting out of the airport to meet our taxi driver to our hotel. We did not arrive at our hotel until 00.30hrs. The return flight out of Tokyo to Heathrow via Dubai was not much better, average food, clean aircraft and very poor cabin service, once again the aircraft was very cold. The flight from Tokyo to Dubai was on a Boeing 777-300 ER. The flight from Dubai to London Heathrow was dreadful, most of the passengers sat wrapped in blankets and coats because the aircraft was so cold, my request to have the heat turned up in the cabin was ignored. Food once again was average and cabin service marginally better, probably because our son had been tweeting the hell out of the shoddy service on all flights and had already reviewed the flights using the onboard review service, as we had already done. On arrival at Heathrow we had another 25 minute wait whilst an aircraft occupying the Emirates space departed. I will never fly Emirates again. Absolutely terrible airline.

Expectations not met

Expectations not met, legroom good, aircraft cold, food okay, 80% cabin crew disinterested, in the air 2 hours before any form of drink was given, asking for something was hard they either forgot or never really understood the customer. after the first 2 hours they all rushed around with the meals, equally rushed around not many minutes later to clear away. The full meal was just about acceptable, they did the opposite and left you with the used tray of food for far to long, They might carry a lot of cabin crew, i don't know where they were all flight, certainly not looking after passengers. The flights I took were from LHR to DBX and then DBX to Tokyo on 18th June 2023, I came back in reverse on the 29th June 2023. Never again will I fly Emirates. Twice they were unable to dock the planes.

Flight cancelled last minute at gate, never flying with Emirates again

Flight was cancelled at the gate 10 MINUTES before boarding. Connection cancelled less than 12 hours before departure. Flight was cancelled due to “operational reasons”, i.e. it was not full enough so not economically efficient to fly. Supplied with £7 voucher and a card to send feedback to, which will no doubt be actioned by absolutely no one.I was en route to a family member’s funeral and was left with no other option but to stay with this flight as it was the soonest available. I couldn’t even get a refund.

Nut allergy suffers not welcome

If you have a nut allergy, they do not cater for you. They blame you for not reading their menu on the website. They do not care whatsoever for you. All they care about is their money and the best part, if you have to use an epipen onboard, you need to get permission to use it!!!!Avoid this airline.

Due to a delay of 2.45 hours (no compensation unless delay is over 3.00 hours) on Ryanair flight I missed my connection to Australia for my father's funeral. Ryan air who I booked directly with didn't want to know. I booked Emerite and quantas for the rest of my journey through booking.com who also didn't want to know. Thank god for Emerites who sorted me out with tickets for the following day. I had to stay in hotel over night and on the way home with my father's ashes I also missed the bag check in by 4 minutes due to delay with stairs on runway and hold up unloading luggage. Again Ryanair didn't want to know so left dublin airport for 5 hour bus journey home. 2 tickets not used, €117.00 each, hotel €165.00, call to Emerites, booking.com and Ryanair €50.00 taxi €18.00 10 hour wait a airport after 12.00 hotel checkout. All this on the way to my Father's funeral. The way Ryanair dealt with me was disgusting.

We were on a return flight

We were on a return flight, the plane was full with many families. There were a great considerable number of people coughing and sneezing. There should have been a suggestion of people to wear a face mask. Certain people whom had children couldn’t keep them under control whatsoever. I have children and it was disgusting. The air stewards were trying to do their utmost but to no avail. Then an almighty argument broke out between parents of accusing each other of not keeping their children safe and under control. This was a flight from hell. Sad to say

Disgusting Experience with Emirates

Disgusting Experience with Emirates. Extremely commercial airline with poor customer service / humanity. They treat economy class passengers badly compared to others. Fake smiles of cabin crew and terrible handling of passengers

Flight from Dubai to London Gatwick

Flight from Dubai to London Gatwick - all the staff were miserableI’m unsure if Emirates treated them badly or they all just hate those jobs but it was horrificNot one of them smiled The flight took off at 03:15 Dubai time so yes it’s a night flight but still cheer up or don’t show up for work!!!! You all should hang your heads in shame at how rude your were to everyone onboard We got an omelette which was watery and inedible as the inflight meal & one free drink Horrendous cabin staff & service! Definitely not worth the money
