I had an integrated dishwasher installed a couple of weeks ago and wanted to wait to see if there were any problems with their service. No leaks, no problems. The team that delivered and installed the dishwasher were friendly, professional and answered my questions easily.Very pleased with the work and service received.
We ordered a dishwasher for delivery and insulation. They arrived on 28 March, but couldn't work out how to remove the old dishwasher. The delivery was re booked for 7 March, but this time they couldn't find the house. The house dates to the 1980's and has a big number on the front. We asked on the day if they could deliver as we we in, but apparently that was impossible.
Crew called to say theyd be with me 1330, knew i had a meeting at 1400 so paid for someone to be at my house but then they ended up coming early but said they couldnt take the mattress because the van was too crammed... which is was. So I'd paid someone unnecessarily on two fronts!Rebooked for today but tracking link doesnt work and no answer. Totally shoddy company. AVOID!!Update - the pick up was re-booked for today but the driver only gave me 2 mins notice... this despite the fact their tracking info doesnt work. By the time I'd driven from work 12 mins later they'd gone! I dont actually think the driver wanted to pick up the mattress and tbh i dont necessarily blame him, i blame the courier service for overworking and underpaying the drivers.AVOID IF YOU CAN
Today the expert logistics driver dropped a fridge freezer into my car damaging it and was unable to provide insurance details. And then whilst he was attempting to turn around in the road outside my house reversed into my garden wall damaging it, failed to stop and give insurance details despite being asked and then sped off. The police have been informed. I am awaiting a call back from expert logistics on how they will fix the damage to my car and front wall
We ordered a cooker and installation from Argos for my elderly mother-in-law, who cares for her severely disabled daughter and had the misfortune of having to deal with this company as part of the order. We arranged for furniture to make sure delivery could take place. MIL waited all day for the delivery receiving a number of telephone calls informing her that delivery was on it's way, but delayed. After 4 p.m. they cancelled and said the next slot was a week away. After a number of telephone calls to Expert Logistics (very poorly chosen business name bearing in mind their performance) explaining the situation, my MIL is stuck without a cooker, unable to make food for herself and her disabled daughter. Every time, we were given a different excuse, zero empathy or consideration for their vulnerable clients. Now looking for alternatives - you might save money with Argos, but you are getting what you pay for - or even less in our case. Shame on you!
I took a whole day off at home waiting for my delivery as I was text that it would arrive between 10am and 6pm. A voicemail that morning said my item would arrive between 1 and 3pm. It didn’t arrive. I got the same std text at 2pm that it would arrive the following day between 10am and 6pm! Another whole day to rearrange work and childcare for. The tracking of delivery does not work - I get a message saying “sorry we couldn’t validate your order”. I have no way of knowing if my item will arrive or not. This is for a Simba mattress and I urge Simba to not use Expert Logistics again as it’s a bad reflection on Simba. Disappointed and frustrated.
Driver called me to say he was 15 minutes away. Great, I thought. Expecting an oven to be delivered to upper floor flat. 20 minutes later customer services called to tell me it was raining too much and delivery couldn't take place due to health and safety concerns by the crew. Flabbergasted. Order cancelled and re-placed with a reputable outlet.
Ordered from Argos, didnt know this company involved until too late. Came round, started to look for any reason not to install. I know the regulations, its part of my job. The tech line they call seem to think its all a big joke, everyones laughing. This isnt funny when an installtion of an important applicance is being delayed. Why laugh in my face. After their reasons to refuse install were counter-acted , they agreed to install. Then after that, they refused. Taking independent advice on this, they were being OTT & the issue they described was NOT valid to refuse but its their choice. Worst bit is the way they think its funny. I dont blame the workers that came here, more the back office/advice line who scare workers/customers...why? probably to get uneeded work done. Argos have been 100% as they are the ones I have paid, but these guys are a joke...again not the workers that came, more the way the office manipulate and tease the client. You have been warned,
