Still trying to get a refund - bus never turned up....seems to be a common problem!

Still waiting for a refund for the cost of the phantom bus. several chats later and still being asking me if i want the refund processed. ????? why would i not want my money back. Time to contact the CEO André Schwämmlein. look up the management leadership team on flixbusmax zeumer is the COO

They cancelled the entire route in the middle of the summer, showing no consideration for those who had planned their holidays around these transport options. Their excuses for this were unbelievable, and all communication with the support team was just standard copy-and-paste answers.If you can avoid this company.

AC was not working

We had a trip with flix bus from amsterdam to Aachen. AC in the bus was not working properly. It was a long and hot trip in july at 30 C In addition there is no seating area, toilet, etc. for people traveling at the bus terminal. It is very surprising that these services are not available in a center where many people come together and buses depart one after the other.

I requested a refund for a ticket…

I requested a refund for a ticket (Mostar-Budva) due to visa restrictions, as the bus route passes through Dubrovnik. I submitted the refund request within 14 days of purchase, as allowed by FlixBus' own terms and EU law. However, I was only offered a voucher. I sent emails in English and German with no reply yet.I hope FlixBus will respect consumer rights and process the refund.

Booked Flixibus Pesciera to Bergamo…

Booked Flixibus Pesciera to Bergamo Airport tickets had seat numbers on. Bus arrived on time bus was full when we got on looked for our seat numbers the numbers did not go up to the seat numbers we had. People behind us doing the same total chaos. People on bus said driver said to them just sit anywhere which is what we did. No seats together. Glad we did not pay extra for seats! Journey was good though and got us to the airport. Will book someone else in future sadly

Very angry customer.

I booked some travel from Barcelona to Perpignan for 6 people. By accident this booking was made twice as i was told my first payment had not gone through. Made the payment with another bank card only to find the first transaction had actually gone through. Contacted Flexi bus to be told i could not have a refund and could only have vouchers as their policy states. The tickets cost me £325.76 i feel this money has been stolen from me as i know there is no way i am going to use them. No Flexi bus operates in the area i live in so how can i use these vouchers. Flexi bus doesn't meet the needs of their customers. this is a large amount of money i have lost. Your refund policy seriously needs to change to meet the needs of your customers. FLEXI BUS YOU ARE A DISGRACE.

Bunch of amateurs

Rang "general" enquiry line to ask why a coach was delayed because our son was nearly 2 hours late. Was told they cannot tell me due to GDPR. I wasn't asking for personal details, just the reason why one of their coaches was delayed????Today we had our coach to London pick-up point changed 3 times and 4 delay emails. Then the coach didn't even collect us and 10 others from UWE. I can't understand how this company can treat their customers this way and still stay in business

Very disappointed with Flixbus customer service

I had a very frustrating experience with Flixbus.A few days ago, I booked a ride for myself and my sister (who’s visiting me from outside Canada). Today, she suggested we change our trip from the morning to the evening. I was in a meeting, so I sent her the link and booking info to make the change.She did, but unfortunately, the departure and arrival locations also changed (they are quite far from where I’m leaving from and where I’m going to), which she didn’t notice because she doesn’t live in Canada. She assumed only the time would change. A simple, honest mistake for someone that was just doing that for the first time.The rebooking confirmation came in at 11:16 AM. I called Flixbus at 12:06 PM (less than an hour later) to fix the issue. I explained the situation and asked for help to cancel the incorrect change so I could rebook it properly. The rep said I’d have to pay another cancellation fee. I explained again that this was just a mistake made minutes ago and that I called immediately I noticed it so that they could help me rectify the error but they told me they can’t do anything on their end since the mistake wasn’t from their end. I find that really surprising coming from customer service. Customer service shouldn’t only exist for when the company makes a mistake. If a customer makes a clear and honest mistake and tries to fix it immediately, good customer service should help to rectify the issue without making the customer pay for it. I asked to speak to a manager with the hope that the manager may be able to assist me but the rep refused and hung up on me while I was still talking.Also, when my sister made the change, she also had to pay again for a seat, even though I’d already paid for two seats in the original booking. Why would she be charged for seat again just for changing the time on the same day, for the same passengers?I tried again this evening after work. I called them again and while waiting for someone to take my call, I chatted with an agent online, and I got the same response. They finally took my call after 55 minutes of waiting and the rep that answered me told me the exact same thing again, that the mistake wasn’t from them, it was from me so I have to do it online and pay all the rebooking and cancellation fees again. No flexibility, no solution. Not helpful, just terrible! I’ve never dealt with a company that was so rigid and unwilling to help their customer when a clearly honest mistake like this is made.

Health Risk on Board !!!

8.5 hours on a bus with my mom and three siblings, no air conditioning, no Wi-Fi, no power, no toilet paper, in 30+ degree heat. My sister and I became sick. FlixBus refuses to refund. This is dangerous, not just “uncomfortable”. NEVER again.
