When you book, you are told that if you cancel 40 days in advance you will get a refund. Which is a LIE.They give you only a voucher.All of this is hidden intentionally so you do not see it when you book.They basically lie so you would give them money.It is fraud and deception illegal under EU law.They then say you can exchange voucher for cash but refuse when you ask.This is all violation of EU consumer law and intentonal deception.They stole £50 from me.This makes me cry.
Do not use, for our return journey journey from Maasterict cancelled at 8pm when return meant to be 0450, just got a txt to say cancelled and if wanted a refund could apply, had checked out of accommodation and no WiFi etc. Option given to travel next day at 8pm even though seats available that evening at midnight but not offered that at more expensive seat so they only gave return options that were cheap. Had to pay £180 for 2 tickets on seats not offered that evening with FlixBus as had work commitments hence why we booked the original tickets. If they think not enough people on bus will just cancel and leave you stranded abroad with no accommodation, money etc and not give a crap, if cancelled once would cancel again. Asked for refund and ignore, customer chat and ignored, will not give you your money back. Even charge canecellation fee even though they cancel. First and last time to use!
3 stars because normal service is good, however when they cancel their rides service is terrible. Be aware they can cancel their rides for whatever reason, in my case 2 incidents in one intended travel.My ride got cancelled and they set me on a totally unsuitable ride without asking. The bus got cancelled, something happened, I got after calling.Rescheduled to a better ride day before. This friggin ride got cancelled again for me and they automatically put me back on the least desired ride I want to take. I did not know because it was rescheduled at 23:00 and my ride was 12:30. Or so I thought.Went there without checking. Bus full and my ticket was rebooked and not right. Nothing to do.Called again because of the double mishaps. Friendly service told me they had to use a smaller bus and kicked me out the ride they themselves rescheduled me in. So 2 reschedulements of which I missed one.Customer service said they would forward the complaint. He did not do his. Complained about it myself and they simple say I took the ride and thus no compensation. Had to make do with a hollow sorry.So if something goes bad, service sucks. Otherwise my 10+ normal experiences are fine considering costs.
This is by far the worst transportation system I’ve ever used. I used it to go from Split to Mostar and back around this summer, and it was a nightmare. 1) The buses are slow, make a lot of unnecessary stops, so you always end up arriving almost two hours later than scheduled. 2) The air conditioning system does not work properly, so we were basically in a sauna the whole trip. 3) The bus drivers are very impolite—they speak to you in Serbo-Croatian and mock you even when they know you can’t understand them. 4) Also, they didn’t let me carry my backpack with me even though it met the size requirements. For these reasons, I would never use it again.
A very good service; clean, punctual and spacious. Excellent driver on my trip, sadly I did not catch his name but he was driving the coach from Nottingham to London (09:05 on 17/07/25). He was very professional and a cheerful character. I would recommend FlixBus.
This is one the most unfortunate services offered to mankind . I received a notification from flixbus application that the bus was going to be 45 minutes late, just to check after 10 mins that the bus has departed and the bus has left me stranded. like no other notifaction was sent that the bus was leaving. No number to identify the bus .Clients Service also very poor. it’s just unfortunate other companies don’t offer same service because it’s the last time using flixbus. Do better !!
Delayed multiple hours. Bus doesn't show up even after delay, and I am there an hour early. Call support. Support tries to gaslight (or are they lack of english proficiency is so bad I have no idea what they are claiming) that they try to tell me the bus is there, despite me reading out all the buses at the station. They now hang up. Call again, different lady, still horrible at english. Tells me that the bus already left, same story. I finally get a new ticket, and high blood pressure. Eff this, never again. Maybe hire some support with just a high school level of English.
