The bus was an hour late with no…

The bus was an hour late with no notice. The app said the bus was on time even at the hour late mark. No one at the bus station had any information. When I called FlixBus the agent just said the bus was on the way but she couldn’t tell me how late it would be. When the bus arrived it was a Greyhound that smelled like feces, two people were engaged in a physical confrontation over stolen items, and none of the outlets worked. Once we were in our way the driver stopped suddenly constantly, nearly hitting other cars and making me physically ill. I will never use FlixBus again. I’ve used it a few times and it’s always been bad but this was the absolute worst.

At the mercy of drivers’ insolence

Using it for the first time from The Hague to Antwerp. I truly wished it was not the last time …1) ventilation is far suboptimal!!2) the drivers made a stop 1h before arrival. They announced it will be 10min… it was more close half an hour!! When i pointed at this, they even tried to argue that it was 10min!! Seriously? Yes, it is a low budget travel and convenient as an alternative to going through various train connections.However, one should be ready for modest buses.What one should not have to ready for is drivers’ insolence!

WORST COMPANY EVER!

WORST COMPANY EVER!2 times in one trip! From Netherlands to Brussels and back!I arrived on time, the bus driver told me “this is not the bus, take the one after”After he left I waited with my family, the I discovered that that was the bus!!I tried contacting the customer service WITH NO HELP at all! No following up, nothing! no refund even!!I had to book another ticket! When coming back! I’ve been waiting for 25 mins, asking everyone, the bus driver, the leading person, they all told me just wait this is not the bus!!After that I asked again! They told me “ we cannot help you, you missed the bus”In a very non professional bad non helpful way!!This is a scam company! no refunds! No help! No customer service that actually helps!!Never ever riding with this company again!

If I could give zero, I would give zero..Rude drivers and people who control tickets in bus, ofcourse they are Polish..Somebody should teach them some manners..

Unanswered lost baggage report.

The bus was late, and after it arrived at the expected time, we found out that the large bus had been replaced with a smaller one. Our bus ticket was for seat number 20, but the bus only had seats up to 15. We had to move to the back row. When we asked the driver if there was an issue with the bus since our ticket seat was different, he simply said, "No problem, just take a seat."We accidentally left our bag, which contained a laptop and an iPad, on the bus and realized it only after reaching the airport—about an hour later. We immediately contacted the lost baggage service with detailed information, including what was inside, the color of the bag, and its exact location on the bus. However, it has been four days now, and we have yet to receive a response. At the end of the day, we were told that lost items are collected and delivered. Since we had already specified the exact route and even the exact overhead compartment where we placed our bag, we are still waiting for an update. We hope to hear from them as soon as possible.

Horrible experience

I had a disappointing experience with the Flixbus service. During my trip from Amsterdam to Germany, the bus left me at a station with all my belongings on board, forcing me to travel alone. On the return journey, the bus was constantly breaking down, resulting in a 4-hour delay, and we arrived back in Amsterdam much later than expected. When i contacted them to find my items they didn't find them, with no compensation just sorry,, well the company sucks

1 star is far too much

Bus from Amsterdam Sloterdijk to Berlin, 28 January 2025 at 22.15. I arrived 20 minutes early at the car park, it was the first time I had taken a flixbus from here. I noticed a green bus marked ‘Berlin airport’ but no customers were waiting. I turned to the bus driver who, even before I said anything, started shouting at me ‘GO AWAY!’. I was shocked by this lady's aggressive manner so I decided to ask which was the right platform to the second driver. While he politely answered me to go to platform 1, the lady from before (first bus driver) started shouting at me again ‘GO AWAY! GO AWAY!’. My only reply was ‘what's wrong with you?’.I go to platform 1 and when the bus arrives, the unfriendly lady from before, tells me that I am not allowed to get on the bus because, as she is the first driver, she can decide who to let on and who not. And, according to her, I was aggressive to get on the bus. All while smiling in my face. Be careful when asking drivers for information because if you find them in a bad mood they can leave you stranded. This is unacceptable.I had a doctor's appointment the next morning in Berlin that I had to cancel and which I still had to pay for. And I had to spend 100 euros for a flight 2 days later because I will never use this terrible service again.

I do not recommend it from the word AT ALL!!!

I have another problem with FlixBus. On 06.01.2025, at 00.05 hours, I left Vilnius for Chemnitz (Germany). We got to the Kopin airport (Warsaw) without incident and delays, although with a dirty toilet and without water for washing hands. In Warsaw, it all began. The Talin-Berlin flight was 20 minutes late. The toilet in the bus was not only dirty, but even without water to flush the toilet and, accordingly, without water to wash hands. We did not arrive at the Berlin airport, where we were supposed to change to Chemnitz, at 14.30. As a result, at 16.30, we arrived at the Central Bus Station in Berlin. I received an SMS from FlixBus that I would have to look for what and how to get to Chemnitz myself, and then contact the company for compensation. I had to get there with a transfer in Dresden and spend an additional 28 euros. So, for 10 days I have been waiting for a response from FlixBus, to receive compensation for inconvenience and additional costs. I provided them with all the required documents, but 'the cart is still there'. You will have to contact a lawyer.FlixBus is the worst carrier I've ever used!! I do not recommend it from the word AT ALL!!
