AVOID. They moved my flight with no explanation. Which means i will miss my international flight. NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Hotline numbers NOT WORKING. REFUND WILL COST YOU HALF THE TICKET. 50$ penalty for a mistake or changes you did not do/approve?? They are just taking money out of customers.
Due to an Air Cairo flight delay, I had missed a connecting flight and had to readjust my travel itinerary. After not being able to assist us at Cairo Airport, we were advised to contact the airline via email for assistance and compensation. It has been over 4 weeks without a response from the airline. The only thing worse than their in flight food is possibly their mailbox response times. The poor service levels between Air Cairo in comparison to airlines such as Qatar or Emirates is more than apparent. So should you book a flight with Air Cairo? If you’re looking for bad service, delays and a bumpy flight - Air Cairo is just the airline for you!
EVEN 1 STAR IS TOO MUCH FOR THIS WORTHLESS AIRLINE!!!!!! FLIGHT DELAYED FOR OVER 3 HOURS. NO COMMUNICATION WHAT SO EVER!!!! MISSED OUR CONNECTING FLIGHT. NO SERVICE.. NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY. I WILL NEVER FLY AIR CAIRO AGAIN.... I WOULD RATHER PEEL MY SKIN OFF WITH ACID. DO NOT BOOK AIR CAIRO! I REPEAT DO NOT BOOK AIR CAIRO!
My daughter and I travelled to Cairo on Saudia, and from Cairo to Hughada via Air Cairo. I was horrified by some of the reviews here - to the point where I was seriously considering alternative arrangements, especially with an important connection in Cairo on the way back which had a fairly tight timeline between when the Air Cairo flight lands and when the Check-In desk for Saudia closes (1 and a half hour window with Terminal 1 to 2 transfer) and I want to set the record straight. We had a great experience! Thank God! Both directions were right on time and the service was quite acceptable and courteous. I saw none of what people had previously reported here. I am speaking as a Canadian, and, yes, we do tend to be nice people (quite happy to give my compatriots that pass, which isn't to say there are no exceptions). This was, to me, like travelling from Billy Bishop in Toronto to Boston via Porter airlines: modest prop aircraft with adequate leg room for me for a short flight. Everything was great, as far as we were concerned. Our flight back was SM27 on Oct 4. Thanks for the great service, Air Cairo, and for getting us where we needed to be on time!

Will never book with Air Cairo again. Wish I had read the reviews ahead of time. Our flight was cancelled with no notification of cancelation prior to arriving at the airport. We only found out when we tried to check in. No other flights available on any other airlines. We were rebooked on a flight leaving 5.5 hours later so had to spend the entire afternoon sitting in the airport.
My check in was very bad from antalya to cairo booking no 34193101781 flight time 18.40 arrive 19.53 my name susan Pauline lois i waited 2 hours at check in at antalya Airport they didn't know what they was doing I had a pet IN cabin and they didn't know how to use the system they said at first I couldn't fly and my pet had everything in order after paying for my pet in cabin and 20 min before the flight they said I could fly what a disaster and my poor dog was suffering in the heat definitely want a refund or something
Horrible, just don't give them your money.It's the first scam-flight company, flight cancelled without any reason, people at the desk were disrespectful due to language barrier, they didn't offer anything else than an orange juice while cancelling my flight...
