Budget flight with extremely budget and dishounest service...

Very poor cliëntservice, both during and after the flight. We had a very long delay on our flight in april 2025. There was little or no service or support while we had to wait. The delay was so long we had to stay the night. There was no information or help, we were clueless about what was going to happen. The next day, after 4-5 more hours of waiting we eventually took off.Regarding European regulations 261/2004 we are entitled to compensation. Aircairo's communication is rude, disrespectful, dishounest and mostly aimed to make the cliënt hopeless and stop the claim. After 6 moths they approved the claim. But after that I havent heared anything and received no compensation. They do not react to email anymore.Next step is legal assistance or transfer the claim to EUclaim.Companies like this dont care about customers or rules.If there are other cliënts that have the same experience, maybe we should make a mass collective claim to make them take their responsibilities?Interested? Please contact me!

This is the worst airlines you would ever choose, stay away from this one.. Every flight delays with easy more than an hour with no respect or apologize

For start we had an hour delayed without an excuse. Then another two hours because the president of Egypt landed the airport and all flights had a delayed (not true of course). Finally we left after four hours because of a stewards delayed....all this time a called manager, trying to avoid us with cheap excuse. They offered nothing ,not even a bottle of water.On flight,we asked for another box for our little kid(we have three kids) and they said that they dont have more. Tragic.this company must stop exists

I don't even know how to write this without swearing and exclamation marks. It's just a real drama. Wasted vacation and crying. We've been sitting at the airport for 8 hours and they keep changing our flight time. Currently it shows that we still have 3 hours until departure, which keeps changing. They won't let us go out, buy tickets for another one and take a bus. No information, no restaurant, air conditioning on max. We're all covered in sand after the pyramids. A team of people working for everything, not caring and laughing, walking around happy, the flight time keeps changing. You've disgusted me with Egypt and I'll never go back to it and I'll tell everyone to avoid your airlines. Tomorrow is the last day of our vacation that you've disgusted me with because we won't be able to use it because we'll be back at the hotel in the morning, we've been up since 4 am/there was also a delay in the first direction but by an hour - here we have over eight , which is an exaggeration.

STRONGLY SUGGEST NOT TO USE

Bad! I arrived at 3:08pm for a 4pm flight from Luxor to Cairo. There were at least 5 people at the counter but all ignored me. The made me wait in line for check in for 20 minutes. When they finally acknowledged me, the representative said I was too late and check in and the flight had already left. It was only 3:30pm. After I said that then the representative said check in closed 20 minutes ago. This was a horrible experience for my daughter and I. I will NEVER USE THIS AIRLINE AGAIN!!!!

lack of respect for elderly individuals

As a seasoned travel agent with over 20 years of experience in the tourism industry, I feel compelled to warn all of you before booking with this particular company. In my professional opinion, they are by far the worst company I have ever encountered. Their customer service is subpar, their management is lacking, and they seem to have little regard for the well-being of their elderly customers.Recently, a distressing incident occurred at Borg El Arab Airport of Alexandria, where an elderly and sick lady was left standing for an extended period of time while they attempted to charge her for excess luggage weight. The situation escalated to the point where the lady was in tears from the pain in her legs, yet no assistance was offered. The individual at the check-in counter displayed aggressive behavior and seemed intent on prolonging the lady's discomfort.This appalling lack of compassion and professionalism is unacceptable in the travel industry. It is imperative that companies prioritize the safety and well-being of all their customers, especially those who may require additional assistance. I strongly advise against booking with this company, as their treatment of customers is truly deplorable.

Negative Review about Air Cairo and the handling by Nibal AhmedI feel compelled to share my extremely negative experience with Air Cairo and, in particular, the way our compensation claim was handled by Nibal Ahmed.Facts:Flight SM2917 (Cologne – Marsa Alam) was scheduled to depart on March 6th, 2025 at 02:45 AM.We eventually departed 31 hours later, on March 7th, 2025 at 09:30 AM.During this delay, we received almost no communication or assistance from Air Cairo.We were forced to book our own hotel (Moxy Hotel – €109.80) and cover additional meal expenses (€80.85).We also lost nearly two full vacation days, including prepaid hotel nights (€380.00 loss).Total direct damages: €580.65.According to EU Regulation 261/2004, we are entitled to €600 per passenger, totaling €1,200.Air Cairo, represented by Nibal Ahmed, confirmed in writing that we were indeed entitled to this compensation and repeatedly requested forms, bank details, and handwritten signatures.All requested documents were completed, signed, and submitted correctly.Despite these assurances, Air Cairo – and specifically Nibal Ahmed – has never transferred the promised amount.Our experience:Communication with Air Cairo, especially with Nibal Ahmed, has been extremely frustrating.Each time, new requirements were introduced (adding address, resubmitting forms) without any actual progress towards payment.Months have now passed, and we still have not received a single euro of the agreed compensation.This feels like a deliberate stalling tactic and a complete lack of respect towards customers who already suffered major disruption.Conclusion:Air Cairo has completely destroyed our trust.The 31-hour delay not only ruined a large part of our holiday but also caused us significant financial losses.Even though the compensation was both legally required and explicitly confirmed by Air Cairo, no payment has ever been made.Nibal Ahmed personally handled this case, yet failed to fulfill the promises made.I strongly advise everyone not to fly with Air Cairo. The company shows no reliability, no customer care, and no integrity whatsoever.

Customer service - Nightmare

As for the customer service, they probably hope that you will be so pissed up that you won't demand your rightful compensation. Why I have to fight for my money when they are damaging our luggage? They do not care in which state the luggage arrives, but they are also not willing to pay a compensation. Also there is no response at all, maybe after the 2nd or 3rd reminder. It is really a nightmare and I am not sure if I will be able to get compensated, because they are not responding normally after nearly 2 month.
