Review Time
I've taken 2 flights Cairo-Luxor and way back.On a total for both flights of 2 hours duration, they have been able to collect like 4 hours of delay.On the 1st flight we've waited 1 hour on the plane because they were missing the documents for the flight.Never happened in 30 years i regularly flight.Never ever with the in my life.
My flight was delayed over 12 hours because of a technical fault with an Air Cairo plane. My girlfriend (who was ill at the time) and I were made to wait in Cologne airport overnight in the freezing cold in tshirts... (this is my worst travel experience to date). Air Cairo have refused to pay any compensation.
On the way out and the way back , The service was dreadful, one glass of water and 2 fouls dry snacks.Cabin crew had some communication problems, not very friendly and not aware of flight time, I asked his what time we were landing and he told me , do you know the time we took off ?then you can calculate 5 h flight. We still have 3hours and a half to go (we actually had 2)Costumer service? Hello?On the way out I asked for a glass of water and the guy told me ,if I give you one I ll have to do the same with the rest of the passengers... customer service?hello?They wer doing nothing but chatting and sleeping.(sorry to bother you one glass of water of 5 hours flight).The curtains were closed during all the flight.Delayed 1 hour and a half (they said 10 min).Please guys go back to initial training.
Whole process of making a change to the purchased tickets was painful. Customer support is equal to none, either via email, phone call or facebook group. No reply from any of the sides. In the end we decided to cancel the purchased tickets and get a 50% refund (still questionable if that will even be returned). Choosing Air Cairo in the future is definitely not an option, left a bittersweet taste even before the whole trip.
the most bad company ,i ever flycontact is not possible. no mailonly waths app. but they did not save the appso they promise you a app backbut…it did not happenso the second and third time they knows nothhing and you can start again.on board you get free 1 cup water. pffthey donot have pricelist and i understand.when you want a cup of tea than 4 eurono alcohol on board.we had reserved and pay for chairs row 2we get row 8 .when we want to go home we get row 30 .but paid for row 2. after a lot of discussing we get row 2i understand that because row 2 is for personelevery body who works there get row 1 or 2so never fly with that company
This is the worst airline ever. Very bad service. The flight i have booked was not available at the airport i had a booking number and confirmation. The check in lady told me to go away cause my name wasn’t on the passenger list. So I had to call many persons to get on this plane. After this horror they lost my bags and no body was responsible for this. So stay away from this airline. They even did not offer my pregnant wife water on the plane she asked for it; but the crew wasnt human !!!
Their agent at Sharm airport at check in was arrogant, had a poor customer service and attitude towards us. Only we found out because of his religious bias. He treated us poorly and didn’t check us in. He let another colleague do it. He has a very thick upper Egypt accent. He shouldn’t interact or work in the tourism industry at all. I would’ve filed a complaint if I can.
I have booked my first flights through the travel agency trip.com on July 9th and Egyptair changed my flight to July 10th and it was canceled because it did not suit us. Again, I rebooked plane tickets for us on supersaver.no and unfortunately, the Egypair flight number MS760 had already left us from Copenhagen to Cairo, and I was stranded at the airport with three children for over 6 hours. Again, I rebooked my flights after 6 hours and luckily it wasn't Egypair, we traveled to my final destination, and to be honest no more Egyptair.
