I had an excellent experience with Framebridge. I had a minor issue with my order and they were quick to fix it and I’m very very happy with the frames I received. I will most definitely be ordering here again.

We have ordered over 10 photos/frames

We have ordered over 10 photos/frames, not only for ourselves but for gifts. We have always been absolutely happy with all our orders. We can only go off our experience but we have hands down been happy with them. If we could upload examples of the products we would.

Is it possible to give zero stars?

Is it possible to give zero stars?! Not only did they lose my picture, but they also had me send the receipt for the missing item and under their non-existent "Art Care Guarantee", they said they would reimburse me for the lost item. They have my address and keep trying to tell me that it has been returned. I believe this is fraud and that those nice customer service people are just covering for what they know is bad quality, bad service and a company that should not be in business. Buyer Beware! And as for the response I received - this seems typical of most of these companies. They spend more time marketing and publicly fixing their image than actually fixing the issue. To date, I have not heard from anyone at Framebridge.

Is it possible to give zero stars?! Second Chance = BIG MISTAKE

I had already sworn off using Framebridge when they botched my framing order not once, but twice. But they really do have nice customer service reps...and one reached out to apologize and give me a 25% off coupon for my next order. I needed to send a wedding gift out of state, and decided to take the risk and try them again with the 25% off coupon. BIG MISTAKE. This time their shipping box and shipping service (UPS) failed to protect my original artwork. The items arrived bent/creased. They will still frame the art and send it to our newlywed friends, but I have asked for a full refund. They gave me my money back, but I will NEVER EVER use their service again. Too risky after multiple failures. I wish those of you who do continue to use this service the best of luck with your art and photos.

Continuation of last review. I have been waiting a month now to receive a reimbursement for my destroyed art work. After inquiring today it turns out there was "a glitch" in their system, which no one bothered to follow up on. So will I get reimbursed? Who knows? Maybe the system will glitch again
