Do not use this company

Do not use this company! They consistently park cars down our road outside ours house in Colnbrook!Leaving residents with no where to park themselves! Seems as though they will park your car down any old road aslong as they can find a space so don’t be surprised when your vehicle is damaged!

Worse company I have ever used. They don’t even deserve the one star.They demand £20 cash with out invoice or receipt for the smallest of early or late arrivals.Drivers and office very rude. They still hold my spare key and won’t send it back even though I have paid the postage. Now won’t answer my calls.Avoid Avoid Avoid

Wonderful service I booked the car and I arrived late I paid the additional charges as I know it was my fault I was late.Mileage didn’t exceed nor did the car wasn’t damaged.Thank you happy days parking for the stunning service I was provided.Maxine Fothergill

T2 LHR. Absolutely seamless service, staff on time and couldn’t have been more courteous. On arrival Ryan called before I could call him giving full details where to meet after clearing customs. Would definitely use again and recommend highly to others. Book direct.

Wish we had seen the other dreadful reviews for this cowboy company but we booked in a hurry via CompareTheParking website and only later realised they are just an intermediary for Un-happyDaysParking (among others).Similar to other complaints, they turned up late for the drop off and when I returned from my trip they did not answer the service desk phone. After many call attempts and 1.5 hours wait someone finally turned up to deliver the car. The service and the contact process is terrible - avoid this company at all costs. Thankfully no extra mileage or damage on the car as others have reported.Their website has very little useful info and the link to their Ts&Cs leads no where. The hidden costs you find you have to pay to drop off and return your car from the short-term parking are just another example of the shady way this company operates.

Avoid using…

Terrible service and definitely won’t be using these again. Due to traffic and having travelled for hours, I was 40 minutes late dropping off the car on departure. The staff made me feel like I have done wrong and charged me £20 fee. On return, I called them at the exact time we had planned but they were 55 minutes late bringing the car back to me. I wanted to charge them £20 but they said no. They then gave me a ticket to get out of the car park which cost me another £5.30. So what seems to be cheap and efficient is the total opposite. I tried these for the first time and can honestly say I will never use again. Stick with what you know it’s safer

Horrendous company – thieves

Horrendous, avoid these thieves. We were running 13 minutes late when we called the '30 minute to airport' instruction and they said it would cost us an extra £20. We then spent 30 min waiting for the driver to come get the car – when i called to ask where he was, I was told he was 'getting a coffee' and would 'be with me soon'. No compensation to the customer when they're late. They guy on the phone was incredibly rude, a 'take or leave it' attitude and of course at the airport you can't do much but take it. I then had to pay extra for the parking ticket given the delay for the driver to finally get to me!On the way back I emailed in advance to say I'd given the return details as the flight time and not my expected pick up time, as that couldn't be predicted with flight times, the Customs queue, baggage times, etc, and they could track the flight. Nope – another £20 charge even though there was no email to state this (as the guy claimed there had been). Again, extremely rude, abrupt and condescending approach from both the guy at the end of the phone and the guy who brought the car – no key back unless you pay the charge. He was late bringing the car and when I phoned said that I had told him I was at a different terminal and so he'd gone there, and so would come to the right terminal. Complete incompetence and extraordinarily rude and dismissive to my wife and me. They have you, though, as at that stage you have no choice.Pay a bit extra for a better provider as it will save you money, time and frustration in the end.

DO NOT USE!!! EVER!!!

Dreadful. DO NOT BOOK. Waiting 30 mins for collection, called, was hung up on and given zero customer service, someone's mum then turned up to collect, arrived back, was told to "go get a coffee" as they were "busy" despite being bang on my collection time. They promised a call back, didn't, had to call them, they said it would take as long as the driver to collect and deliver, we had to ask HOW LONG THIS WOULD BE and they said "maybe" 30 mins. NEVER USING THEM AGAIN and would advise no one to use them. Hopefully Heathrow read these comments as their amateurs make me never want to fly there again.

Shocking NEVER use

Rang 30 minutes before arrival as advised on their website and was greeted rudely with someone telling me to arrive no later than my booked slot. We arrived at said slot and then had to wait almost 40 minutes for someone to come collect the car. In this time we rang them 3 times and were fed stupid excuses as to why they couldn’t come, then when they did arrive we were charged £8.50 for their lateness. On way back, we were told to ring when we had picked up our baggage, again have done this and have been told it’ll be a 30 minute wait for our car to be brought up to us.

Always at ease …

Both drivers on the outward and inward journeys were friendly, kept me updated, made sure I was at ease. Very good value for money and was able to drop off and collect right outside the terminal
