Review Time
Was initially worried due to some of the reviews but really happy after the recipient sent me a photo of a wonderful bunch of flowers arranged nicely. No Thistles but happy with what was sent. All my advice would be is to the company is to portray exactly what will arrive. And if some of the stems aren't available due to the season or availablity then maybe remove the pictures till they are.They arrived exactly on time.I've ordered a second bunch for a family members birthday.Loved that one of the cards had a Lotus Flower on it. The website was easy to navigate.It's a shame this company has such bad reviews , maybe something happened in the past and they had bad florist ? Not sure but they are clearly did a good job on my purchase !
Ordered large bouquet imagining it would be like on the picture as advertised on the website - got the smallest, flimsiest bouquet - honestly I dont know what a small option would look like. Asked for a refund - was told that this was in fact the large bouquet.Will never order again and quite embarrassed that this was gifted to my sister on her anniversary
I bought my moms birthday flowers and upgrade to the large bunch of florist choice the samples showed were classic and beautiful the flowers that arrived were no more than petrol station choice cheap and underwhelming the colours mismatched and definitely not a large bouquet when contacted and shown this was dismissed as well that’s florist choice! I will never recommend or use again at £55 I could have spent £15 in the supermarkets/ petrol station to receive them so upset with my mother’s birthday flowers I do not recommend at all ! I wish I could post a picture to show how awful they were and dead with in 6 days !
