I ordered flowers on Sunday for delivery on Monday for my father's grave. They asked for the recipient's name, which was unnecessary since my father is deceased. They promised next-day delivery, which is why I chose them. Monday came and went without the flowers. I received an email saying my details were passed to the dispatch manager, but no timeframe was given. The customer service was unsympathetic and dismissive. The flowers eventually arrived, but I felt misled about the prices. I won’t be using this company again.
Love the massive selection of cards that can be personalised with personal pictures and messages! The bouquets are also always very creative and I am very happy with their selection. From my experience, Haute is the most trustworthy flower service in London.
DO NOT USE HAUTE FLORIST. I chose this company as they offered next day delivery on flowers. However they failed to deliver the next day & instead delivered 3 days later with brown roses with no water. They refused any apologies or explanation. And stated that even though they say next day delivery, their T&Cs state to allow up to 3 days for delivery! Flowers are sent for special occasions. Whether happy or sad. You order them to arrive on the requested date and fresh flowers. This company has absolutely no interest in sticking to their promise. Or considering their customer. Just don’t order from them
Flowers not delivered, £70 wasted. Absolutely terrible service.This was my initial response on the day of requested delivery when nothing showed up. Delivery problems resulted from glitch in postcode which has finally been resolved. Flowers now delivered and apparently lovely.
