Review Time
On the 24/12 at noon i placed an order for collection in Honest Burger Tooting on the website for 1.30pm. At 1.30 i show up and the restaurant is quiet, but the manager Monica sitting at a table with her back facing customers area doesn't notice me for at least 5 minutes.Following that, she sees me and says she already knows what I ordered, the veggie xmas burger, but that they don't have it and they "don't know how it could have worked on the website" and that I "can have anything else instead"I have never received such a poor service in my life. Ive been working in that kind of business, I know it's not always possible to temporarily amend the website with stocks, but it's absolutely unacceptable that the manager herself did not even bother to call me to inform me/offer to cancel my order and so I dont have to travel fo nothing. I told her that I did not want anything else and I left.10/02 and I still haven't got a refund for this burger I never had.I will never order again.
Tried to order via deliveroo, having just spoken to the restaurant, but seems they have stopped taking orders, despite the fact it is only 8.20pm and no mention of this on the call. Very disappointing, will order elsewhere instead.
Ordered a vegan burger with chips, gravy, coleslaw and an extra chips. Waited 90 minutes as the time kept getting pushed back, received a meat burger with fries, the rest of the order was missing - Tooting branch. I’d recommend any other burger place!
Brilliant food (I love the veggie burgers) , cool restaurant and staff were brilliant! Even though the Chiswick London branch we’re busy, they were fabulous! We waited a little longer than expected for our food and the staff member (Alex I think) gave us our meals for free. We appreciate costumer service like this and definitely return!

It’s been over 10 years and we’d like to think we’re now pretty good at burgers and chips. It’s been a bit of a blur, a lot of hard work, but that’s been half the fun. Good enough just isn’t good enough here. We don’t mean to brag but we’re all about top quality beef, the best potatoes and good times. Don’t just take our word for it though, we’ll let our food and people do the talking. After all, we’re Just Being Honest…

They’re grass-fed and well looked after with space to roam in the fields during spring, summer and autumn and only see a barn when it’s too cold outside during winter.
