Worse customer service ever !!!! Don’t book with them

Hotel tonight has the worse customer service ever. Even if u book a place and it turns out to be not to your liking they will not give you your money back . They think it’s ok for you to stay In a dirty hotel where your not comfortable . The worse customer service I have ever experienced!!!! Instead of being understanding and bending there for a guest they could care less . I’m a hotel manager and if a guest is not happy with there stay I will refund them for the remaining nights not charged them knowing they not happy and that they are leaving . They also thought it was ok to have my two year old daughter stay in a hotel that had dirty condoms under the bed .

Bait and switch

Bait and switch. Charged my card, then cancelled my reservation and wouldn't honor the original price. The new reservation would've been $500 more than I originally paid and was charged. They offered me $15 credit for my troubles, ha!

Booked a hotel in Montreal

Booked a hotel in Montreal. I was 30 minutes away from arriving to the hotel and then got a casual email message that I need to pay an additional $75 for cleaning service for a hotel room I booked at around $55. The hotel turned me away, telling me it's a HotelTonight problem. And HotelTonight refused to refund my account or find me an alternative hotel saying I should have read the small print. How about HotelTonight include the charge upfront so that a frazzled customer who's flight got canceled doesn't have to worry about the small print? The worst scam and experience I've ever experienced.

What a scam! They should all go to jail!. We booked at 1:30 am for that night only to arrive at the hotel to find out that the "Tonight" in Hotel Tonight starts at 2 am. Hotel wouldn't budge. Said we could get a room for an extra $200. Called the company - they said that we should have downloaded the app. That info is clearer on the app. Sorry, no refunds.Bad things happen to people who do bad things.janis sernik

Terrible. I booked my hotel at 1:20 am, arrived at the hotel at 1:40 am, and the hotel was closed. No one was there, door at the front desk was locked, lights were off, I called it 3 times and no one answered. I slept in my car.I then emailed HotelTonight and they said they will not refund me. What a joke.

I will never use hoteltonight again

I will never use hoteltonight again. The reason I went there in the first place was because I thought I was getting a deal. But don't be fooled you aren't getting a deal. The hotel room was listed at $156 and after taxes and fees $177 total. I went to the hotel lobby and not realizing I had already paid for a room they gave me a bill of $144 total. Such a scam. Never again. Do not use hoteltonight.

False advertisement

False advertisement. For example they claim a hotel is regularly $750 a night and they offer for $225. Found exact same everything on hotels.com listed as $159 normal and discounted to $119. My expectations of a $750 room is much different than $159 room. Hotels tonight falsely baits users w over inflated list pricing vs their discounted pricing. Can’t waut for the class action lawsuit.

They work with hotels who scam people and they wash their hands.Their customer service is a joke and do not intend to help nor to fight the offences institutions they work with commit.AVOID!

Worst service ever

I wish I could read the reviews before I made booking.I booked a standard room in a hotel and it ended up to be a caravan on the rooftop and I wasn't able to sleep due to loud noise from the clubs downstairs. Hotel tonight provided wrong information and deceive me to book the room. I also personally talked to the receptionist and she told me there is no other room available. If I knew the room beforehand on Hotel tonight, I wouldn’t book it. It’s seriously deceiving customer, I’m surprised that as a marketplace, they don’t control what hotel post on the app. This is false advertising. On top of that, their customer service team had really bad attitude towards me and shout to me over the phone. They kept claiming there's nothing they can do. Never use them again.
