"To protect our customers, goodbye!"

After arriving to the hotel and finding out they had cancelled my reservation, I contacted them and they had the nerve to say my account activity was suspicious and looked fraudulent and to protect their customers (which I guess doesn't include me anymore), quote "Goodbye"

Booked by accident for a hotel about a month in advance- they wouldn't refund just give me credit. Shame as i'd had good experience previously.

DON'T USE THEM

DON'T USE THEM, THEY ARE THIEVES!!!!! They are a bunch of crooks and they stole our money. We rented a hotel through the Hotel Tonight APP. Our assistant accidentally booked a hotel that was about 2hrs away from where our staff needed to stay and called Hotel Tonight not to ask for a refund, but for a credit this one time after spending over $5K with this stupid app. When I asked them to make this one exception and call the hotel to see if they would allow this change about 4 days before the reservation, they said The Econo Lodge in Eagle Nest didn't have a working number and they couldn't reach the hotel. The hotel said that after a certain time our staff had to call them to make arrangements for an evening check in and we couldn't even do that since Hotel Tonight asked me to call the hotel on my own and the number I tried didn't work either!!! I did a google search and they had the same number listed online, which was a non working number. I called Hotel Tonight back to notify them we didn't have a working number and they told me to try again on Monday, the day the reservation was supposed to start and if the number still didn't work they would just give me a full refund. When I called them on that Monday, no one answered. I called back onTuesday and they told me they would call back. Then on Friday, I finally called them bakc and spoke with a representive that finally called me back and said she would try to resolve it all. Then I got a series of emails that said I wasn't going to get our $400 refund event hough we had to book another hotel since we didn't have a way to get a hold of the hotel. over a week so we couldn't cancel our reservation. Hotel Tonight were crooks along with the shady hotel Econo Lodge, in Eagle Nest, NM.. Hotel Tonight promised us a refund and they now refuse to give it to us even though they couldn't get a working number for the hotel for 4 days! DON'T USE HOTEL TONIGHT BC THEY ARE THIEVES AND TAKING ADVANTAGE OF POOR CONSUMERS LIKE US.

Sam Shank has a net worth over $81million and some. And he can't even refund people?

If I could give half a star or less I would. This company doesn't deserve a good rating. "John C." from customer support, if that's his real name, was not able to give me a refund after months of not being able to use my credit. He wasn't very straightforward with what he was trying to explain to me. He just kept repeating the same things. I do not recommend this company especially if you need help from their customer service. Question for the company: How are you supposed to expect customers business when you won't be able to refund them if something comes up? They don't help.

No money back at all if you cancel they just ripped off my money $657.00 when you choose the hotel you are not able to add people or rooms it said that will be added by hotel also your room has to be diceded by hotel now I have a credit that I don't know how to useTha app is a complete kaos never use this app

It’s a really bad service

Incredibly poor service. There are so many good hotel apps and services, this isn’t one of them. DONT USE, they will take your money. The hotels are always a lot worse than in the photos, and customer service is unhelpful.

You either die or we will take your money

The website told us either you go and sink or we keep the money. HoneymoonWe booked 3 nights through this website thinking that it was a good deal but these people turned to be the worst I have ever seen in my life. Myrtle beach had a flash flood warning and really bad and dangerous conditions and we HAD to cancel our trip for our honeymoon. Called the hotel and they agreed to cancel without any fees and they asked me to call hotel tonight and cancel.Did call. They agree to cancel but they won’t give us the money back. They say it’s a credit and we either go and stay the night in a dangerous situation and risk our life or we can keep the money with them and they won’t refun it.I asked to talk to a supervisor..he did not apologize for the hell that they put me and my wife through... called me with my first name like he knows me. Pronounced my name wrong even after I correct him. The guy sound like he’s from India or Asia, he kept repeating that they did me a favor and canceled my reservation and if I want I can just go to the hotel and get done with it. Won’t show any sympathy, won’t even say sorry and then I told him this is the US of America and you can’t just take my money for something that you didn’t do or a service that you didn’t provide he said well this is not America. I tried and tried and tried to explain that I wanted to use the money somewhere else since we lost our chance to go to the beach and that we needed our money back and he literally said you either go or you can use the money only with us.Will never ever book with this website again. Will for sure file an official complaint .

WORST, EVER.

Worst Ever. Middle of the night; pouring rain; desperate for lodging, accidentally booked across state lines, called to immediately cancel/refund, and they would not do so. Despite a subsequent lengthy email campaign on my part, they never refunded. Cost me two hotel nights. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Use instead Hotels.com or Hotwire.com; both awesome.

Horrible experience at Monte Carlo…

Horrible experience at Monte Carlo Hotel in Brampton, Ontario. Booked with Hotel Tonight app and once at the hotel people were yelling and fighting in the room and hallway. I asked to please be moved and they said they couldn't do anything until the morning. Incredibly all the screaming went on until around 10am. I didn't sleep. I asked for a full refund. Called Hotel Tonight and talked to Oscar who in the end made it more than clear to me that they do not care about their costumers. He insisted they will not refund me and that anything to be done had to be first approved by the hotel. I paid Hotel Tonight, not the Monte Carlo. Whatever business is between Hotel Tonight and hotels is their business, not the costumer's; this was also made clear to me by the hotel manager. Hotel Tonight should have issued me a refund since I booked this hotel to rest and couldn't sleep at all. I do not recommend this company at all and will do everything I can to spread the word.
