We bought x 2 Hover-1 Flex hover-boards from Smyths for our children. After 3 months one of the hoover-boards became faulty. We were unable to switch it off. We sent a complaint - the customer service team were quick to respond and advise. Unfortunately it still didn't work, we were asked to send evidence. Immediately following this, the company sent a courier with a brand-new hover-board - which was a better model than the first. The customer service was brilliant and we are very pleased with the hover-boards we now have :)
I bought my grandson an electric scooter from Currys in December 2021. In August of this year there was a problem with the tyres. I contacted the manufacturer and they did not hesitate to swap the scooter and even sent us the next model up from the one we bought. They dealt with us in a professional, efficient and easy manner. Bought my Scooter(H1 Blackhawk) Late june/early July. good for the first few weeks then the Throttle spring decided it wouldn't function properly any longer, so I have to hold down and push up the Throttle manually, which makes it Engage cruise control on its own even when I don't need it which makes it dangerous to ride in busy areas since I've almost ran into a vehicle even though the Throttle was fully depressed. This is truly a serious injury to fatal accident waiting to happen. Sent an email August 17th, with an automated response and no real acknowledgement. It's annoying best buys return policy's are 14 days now, I would've been took this POS back.
I have tried to call this company consistently due to me ordering a replacement charger and not receiving it 6 weeks later. I have tried to write an email, no luck. I have bank statement, order number, and all proof I need. Can’t even request a refund because you can’t get in contact with anyone. If you think these reviews are not accurate and it won’t happen to you, you’re so very wrong. Stay away from this company!!
I purchased a hover 1 track dirt bike for my son's birthday. It was missing 2 small brackets to assemble the handlebar. I created a support ticket (ticket #186708), called and emailed many times with no reply. It has been 3 months and I still have not received any communication. They do not answer phone calls or emails. How can a company of this size have zero customer support?Do Not Purchase anything from Hover 1.
Bought 2 of these for Christmas for my twins they are rubbish and require fixing of some sort pretty much every time they use them .the front wheels have also jammed on both I have been buying spares on eBay as the customer service department is even worse than the product . I will never buy a hover 1 product again .
