Missing parcel = missing refund

I returned 4 parcels and 1 went missing. I received a refund for the ones that got back to them but when they have issued my refund for my missing parcel containing £240 worth of dresses they haven’t refunded me for 1 of items. I ordered 2 of the same size of the same dress (bridesmaid dresses) but they have only issued a refund for 1. I returned all as I didn’t keep any as they weren’t suitable and it baffles me why they haven’t refunded all items when the parcel went missing with Evri and all the items were in it. I’ve contacted them and no answer. I’ve had previous communication and that was few and far between to get the other refunds which eventually came nearly 3 weeks after my returns reached them. I will continue to email them as be persistent as i am £65 short like they assume we don’t need this money.Never had such a bad experience with a company like this. Will definitely not be buying from these again. Update…I contacted a company called Resolver and put in a complaints form via them yesterday and today I’ve had a email reply from in the style with my refund details and also a message via Resolver to sort it. Worth a look for others

BEWARE! Not refunding returned items!!

Absolutely shocking. I no longer believe this is a legit company after trying to get my refund of over £200 since May (it’s now July). They email with ridiculous claims of attempted refunds that have ‘failed’ but this is clearly an excuse. I believe this company are scamming people & have now raised a dispute with my bank and reported to action fraud. I will look to see what else I can do to prevent other people from being scammed!

I am trying to return my items but the links are broken and I keep getting error messages. I have emailed and messaged on Instagram but no response yet. I really wish I saw the reviews before purchasing because I have a feeling they will try to get me to pay for my own return which isn’t acceptable. Please can someone advise me on what I need to do in this situation?

Just constantly ignore messages

Just constantly ignore messages, the returns portal is broken so you can’t return anything. I returned to their address as advised by financial independence services and they have just not responded at all and I have no information about if my return has even been recieved. Do not buy from here, look at all the other reviews, I think they’re going into administration and they just don’t care.

Returns portal doesn’t work - they ignore you

I ordered an item, it doesn’t fit and so it needs returning. I go onto their website and to the returns portal, fill out the details and I get an error message - I try several times over a week and the same error message comes up, as well as using their contact form telling them their portal doesn’t work, and messaging them on Instagram, and they still haven’t contact me back. It’s absolutely ridiculous that you cannot return an item. They’ve taken my money and are ignoring me.Do not order from them, it’s a terrible company and I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

Appalling

Appalling! Ordered 2 dresses for a wedding. The sizing wasnt great so returned them. I am still waiting for my money back. Have contacted them several times and promised said refund, have now had to try and claim this back via my credit card. Something tells me the company is in trouble. Do not order from this company!! Scammers
