I'm having the worst experience with In the Style's customer support. It has been over 3 weeks since I originally contacted them about my return - their portal was down, their website had (and still has) broken links on info pages for returns. Then, when the portal was back up, I was getting an error and still unable to create a return. I had no reply from them despite multiple attempts to contact them, other than when they publicly replied to another negative I left, saying ' they have no record of any correspondence from me'. Please avoid this company.
*Regular customer of nearly 10 years* Ready to turn some items and the returns portal is down for days. Contact customer service they said to just send via Royal Mail and they don't deduct admin fees. I asked what about when the cost of returning the items outweighs the £2.50 can I have a refund. They told me no. So spent over £4 sending the items back due to no fault of my own with no consideration of subsidising this from the company. Never ever had such an experience with a company before today. Since being taken over they've become a joke
Unfortunately I'm having a bad experience with in the style'I placed 3 separate orders in March which I did not receive Iv had to email a number of times to there customer service before I even got a reply when I finally got a response it was basic and unhelpful iv had to contact the courier myself also more than once.I didn't receive or sign for the orders or give permission for them to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour so I understand that this is down to the courier however the level of customer service from in the style iv found to be terrible, lazy, unhelpful and blunt short replys and I'm having to still constantly chase this up as I'm still without my orders and I'm out of pocket by around 200 pounds the courier has got back to me last week apologising and told me they have informed the company of the missing parcels and in the style keep saying they haven't heard back from courier so I'm just going in circles at this point.A shame but I wouldn't recommend in the style and I wouldn't shop with them again purely because of the customer service or lack of should I say!
Update - almost three months on and still no refund. Customer services are not replying and I have an ongoing complaint via resolver however they are not replying to those either. If you have any sense DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SHAM. Re order ITSSL-738003 and . ITSSL-737652 Customer service is dreadful. Refunds are non existent. I have emailed, complained, waited and still waiting for my refunds. Don’t order from this company if you’re expecting a good service. And please if you are reading this review ITS dont comment on here, email me directly. Sick and tired. 8 weeks and still waiting. Am now going to make a claim legally for my money.
Really panicking been trying to return something for days and return portal is down, I've popped an email over but I'm terrified I can't afford to loose the money! Please help order ITSSL-733135Update - responded to email and told me to return at my own expense, which is going to be ridiculous as it was a big order. Asked if anything else can be done. Also concerned I will return and not get refunded? Will update.Update - sent my parcel back at a cost of over £9 did it recorded delivery and they have definitely received it on 12/04/25 because they had to sign for it. Will update if I receive my refund
The customer service is honestly amazing! I ordered a few things and their sizings are actually amazing! The only issue i had was the trouser’s i ordered had come in the wrong colour which i was really gutted about, sent a message to customer service and had the pleasure of speaking with Luke, he was on it so quickly to try and fix the problem for me and was so polite and amazing! Already considering my next order due to such a pleasant experience! Thank you so so much for your help Luke, stay you x
I ordered online from here and I’m trying to return items but I have been told that I have to arrange the return myself as they can’t facilitate their normal return facility.This is not advertised on the website and I wouldn’t have ordered if this was the case. This is going to be expensive and I don’t know why they expect people to fork out for returns WHEN THIS IS NOT ADVERTISED. It’s the £2.50 fee that is normally charged. I had to pay £8.50 to return.DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
I ordered a dress and paid next day delivery. It did not arrive for 4 days to which I had no confirmation of delivery. It was only after I contacted customer services 3 times that I learnt it had been delivered and hidden in the garden. The returns portal was not working so I had to pay to have the dress sent back. I would avoid this company at all costs, the quality was awful as well!!
Awful. Again, another problem with the returns. Only managed to contact them through PayPal as I raised an issue and I’ve been told to organise my own return. Two reasons I am not happy about this 1) it will be expensive 2) I don’t trust i will ever get my money back. AVOID!!
