Returns portal down as the same with many other people's recent comments here.I was advised by ITS to arrange my own return, obviously costing more than their £2.50 admin fee they usually deduct. In fact cost me nearly £20 to return the parcel with insurance as was over £200 worth of clothes. Was told by an advisor to provide receipt of return for a refund of the postage. Then when I sent this they said they wouldn't refund it!!! So I am paying for nearly £20 for returns for a service that normally costs £2.50, because their returns portal isn't working. In what planet does this seem reasonable and fair? I have put a formal complaint in and will be going to trading standards if not revolved and suggest anyone who is having the same issue does the same. Absolutely disgusting company.
It took me 1 week to get a response of a returns address. It cost me £5.50 to return with Evri, but ITS won’t refund this even though it’s over the £2.50 they normally deduct for returns! Companies house has an administration applied, so sadly I think after Adam left and was forced into silence, this company (that I have bought from for many years) doesn’t pay its celebrities and has gone completely down the pan. Avoid.
Avoid Avoid Avoid!!! Wish I had read reviews on here before ordering. I am wanting to return a coat and a pair of trousers. Return portals keeps saying error there is no contact number, I have tried contacting them through website twice now and no response so customer service is virtually non existent. Terrible how are they even allowed to continue being in business if they are robbing people’s money. What a con site!
Order arrived and disappointed in poor quality. Tried to return and returns portal is down. Emailed and I have a reply today saying to post it back with a note inside detailing what I wish to return - has anyone sent theirs this way- does it get refunded?
So I am stuck with a pair of trousers they sent wrong size. Trying to get hold of them for days by email and sent message of their site. No telephone number. Can't return as saying cannot find order on their site. I wouldn't even give 1 star. They don't reply and you can't contact them. Disgraceful do not order from them
It is impossible to place a return without contacting customer support. Firstly, they provide no order tracking. All links on their website that should lead to their returns page are brokenReturns portal leads to an error/is down. The link they provide in their email leads to a form that simply said 'We're unable to find your order'. Unfortunately it's just not acceptable to not allow your customers to process a return.
