I would give less than 1 star if I could! Terrible customer service made and order didn’t get any confirmation emails or delivery updates order finally got delivered and it doesn’t fit, can’t return as I have no order number! I have contacted them twice on there page and twice through email over a week ago and still no reply. I would never order with them again and definitely wouldn’t recommend!
The customer service was appalling. Their return portal didn’t work (bought through asos but was asked to return directly to them). I reached out 7 times requesting assistance and each time they came back they were of no help. Just told me to contact asos. Asos would then tell me to do the opposite. In the end I’ve had to work it out myself but with no help from them.
Avoid this company. Bought an item 22 February. Still haven't received it. I'm continously in contact with customer service. All they ask is for my address. No other correspondence or updates on delivery. I want refund . Will never purchase from this company again
Only posting as a last resort. I ordered some bridesmaid dresses which are absolutely amazing quality and great value. Unfortunately even when using the sizing chart, the sizes are completely wrong which meant I needed to order again as they don’t do exchanges. Anyway, I placed the order again, however I need to order a third time as the sizing still isn’t right! I managed to use a welcome discount the first time I shopped saving me about £40, however, I’m not able to use the discount anymore since I’m not a first time shopper. I have already emailed but the responses don’t seem to understand what I am asking. All I want is the discount code to place an order again with the correct sizing!!
I placed an order on Thursday 20th Feb, however my phone automatically filled in the address which was a combination of current and old address. Unfortunately for me I didn't realize to amend it. I quickly reached out to customer service but no response. Royal mail are unable to deliver the item as the address doesn't exist so they've sent it back to sender however you keep sending it back out and customer service isn't responding to me. Safe to say when I do get my money back I won't be ordering from you again. Worst customer service ever!!!
I placed an order on the 10th of February. I received an email confirmation immediately and, shortly after, another email to say my order had been dispatched. It said the delivery time frame was 2-3 days. On the 15th of February, when my order had not arrived I referred back to the dispatch email to see if there was any tracking info to see where the parcel was. Unfortunately, the tracking link in the dispatch email did not work so I emailed ITS Customer Services. Someone called Luke replied to say that my package had been delivered on the 12th. It had not been delivered.I emailed back to say that I didn't have the package and asked for some more information. On the 17th February, he replied with a working Royal Mail Tracking link that meant I could view a photo 'proof of delivery'. From the picture, it looks as though the parcel has been left in a shed with lots of tools. I do not have a shed. Wherever the parcel has been left - it is not on my property.I have emailed Luke back to explain this and ask how they can help me find the package - I asked if there were any further details he could give (sometimes DPD and Evri can give you a pin on a map to where it was left) and he emailed back to say that he had 'raised an investigation' with the courier and would come back to me in 72 hours. He did not. I have not heard back from In The Style since. I emailed again on the 20th to ask if they had heard back from the courier with information as to where my parcel was. Explaining again that it is not at my home, the picture shows a shed and I do not have a shed. I asked them to resolve my issue or refund me. No reply. I emailed again on the 25th, asking for a refund. I have not received my order. Plain and simple. They could have sent me a replacement which I would have happily accepted but now I just want my money back. It seems they are happy to reply until they realise there is a problem and when its clear a refund is due they prefer to ignore you. It's a shame as I liked this company. I thought they were one of the good guys but it seems that they are a dishonest company with poor customer service who choose to ignore you when a real issue arises.If I don't hear back from them today I will be contacting my back to see if a chargeback is possible and I certainly won't be using them again.
I paid for premium delivery for the year.When trying to order again, it has asked me to pay for delivery again. This should be free as I already paid for a whole year. However, there is no option to use my premium membership. Lucky for me, this is only a £7 loss, still a loss.now, seeing on the news loads of people who work there aren't being paid, I can imagine I will not be seeing that back.I Would AVOID at all costs.
