I was having trouble making a return through the website, emailed customer services and no response. So resorted to messaging on them on Instagram. This was painless though, as Star, was a literal Star and helped sort it really quickly & was very responsive! So much better than Boohoo. Thank you!
The 4 stars is for customer service after I had received wrong parcel of items.They’re very quick to respond to any email and are keen to resolve any issues.Unfortunately I had to re contact them as time had passed and I’d heard nothing.Had a return email from Dan who required some information from me. Few days afterwards my refund was being processed.So thank you Dan, also Beth and a couple of others who responded.
Utterly disgusting and embarrassing how ITS treat their customers. After my partner writing a review about our TERRIBLE experience, he was replied to and asked to send an email to resolve the issue. SHOCK HORROR, no reply to the email. The replies on trust pilot are just for show, don’t expect your issue to be resolved.This company have had hundreds of pounds off us and now they have both the items and the money as they have failed to refund for the return. I have asked for the items to either be returned or my money back and have had neither. ITS - you should be ashamed of yourself and from doing my own research I have become aware that I am not the only person who has experienced this with them. Taking peoples hard earned money and then failing to even communicate with them. Nothing but a gang of glorified thief's.
BEWARE! Not refunding returned items!!Absolutely shocking. I no longer believe this is a legit company after trying to get my refund since May (it’s now July). They email with ridiculous claims of attempted refunds that have ‘failed’ but this is clearly an excuse. I believe this company are scamming people. Customer service is a joke I had same conversation with some many different people. I get emails to say refund is being processed when it is not this has been going on too long now and I am in contact of my bank to relate as a scam. I would not trust this company at all!! Avoid at all costs. I’ve even wrote to the complaints emails and they haven’t even responded.
Avoid that all cost, they don’t reply for days when you asked to return the item. The return portal is broken so you can’t do it yourself. been in contact with them for two weeks and still no clear reply. I won’t be bothered normally but it’s over £500 worth of clothes that I need to return and they just simply don’t care. Do not buy from them as you cannot return any of the items worst customer service and clearly the five side of views are fake
DAY 3AVOID AT ALL COSTS, they have my return and will not assist in my refund, they just wont help even though they ask for info, IE tracking proof of delivery hoping you don't have this info then tell you they not going to help, AVOID SCAMMERS DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, read there many bad reviews if you have doubts, 1 review a day until i get my money.
Wish I had read reviews before purchasing. I bought 2 pairs of the same jeans in different sizes to try on. First of all they are both different styles and different material so not what I ordered. The sizing is completely off and doesn’t measure to what they claim. Now that I’m trying to return the items to get a refund the returns portal is not working. I’ve tried on various devices to ensure it wasn’t me doing something wrong but nope it’s useless. I’ve also tried emailing them directly and I’ve had no response whatsoever and I have a funny feeling I won’t be hearing anything either. Money gone down the drain so this is the first and last time I will be using this company.
I ordered a blazer which was too large. I attempted to return the item through the returns portal but an error message kept coming up. I then contacted In The Style numerous times via their online hub and via email to request support in returning the item. I did not get a response but randomly got an email from Evri with a return QR code (so obviously my messages had been received). I returned the item using QR code but have not received my refund despite attempting to contact In The Style several times. Still no responses or any acknowledgement of receipt of my item. Planning to report to HMRC and Trading Standards Office if I do not hear back by the end of the week. Order details: ITSSL-742377
