I really appreciate Arianna’s help in my returns query she was very good and quick with her responses.However the website for in the style is very poor and very frustrating for the customers who want to make returns this will put me off ordering from the in the style in future as the returns process is not smooth and having to email the team takes long.
Horrible customer service. I had ordered a clothing item worth roughly £25 and it had came and didn’t fit so I returned it, firstly the returns portal wasn’t working so I had emailed them and got given a QR code. Returned it as normal through evri and it had arrived at their warehouse, I wasn’t given any further information on this until I emailed and they said my return would be issued within 14 days, it had been 3 weeks and I still hadn’t had my return, I emailed again and got told they can’t do anything else and I have to take it up with Evri when they aren’t even the problem!!! BUNCH OF SCAMMERS.
I bought from In the style I sent my parcel back this was a bridesmaid dress but was to big so I sent it back on the 5th June with the hope that I could get a refund and order a smaller size 5th of July I had an email saying we have received your return and you will be refunded in 5 working days still no refund I have emailed and had an excuse of our system is down so having to do it manually but you are on the list still no refund and now my emails are being ignored. I do not recommend ordering from them
If I could give 0 stars I would. For a start I struggled to start a return, I kept getting booted off of the returns page. I eventually got through to customer services and got a return started. Sent the parcel away and got an email to say they recieved it. After emailing to say i was still waiting for my money I got a email to say it had been processed and I should have the refund in 3-5 days. Nearly 2 months on and I’m still waiting for a refund of over £100. Constantly emailing, trying to find out what’s going on to be told the same thing over and over again, they will refund manually. Avoid ordering from this scam of a company!
3 stars because the returns portal on your website is down and I couldn’t get my return done which was a pain. however Dan at ITS customer service was excellent in fixing it and made me my own returns label without me having to do a think so for that reason, Dan has got ITS another star.
I’m giving 5 starts as Ariana redeemed my initial experience/worries and restored my faith in the company. After a lot of concern that I would not be able to return items when the return portal failed to give a return method multiple times, Ariana responded to my emails and rectified the issue promptly by creating new return labels and sending to me directly with stepwise instructions on what to do next, this was easy and problem free. Thank you Ariana xx
