DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I placed two separate orders for some denim shorts, both in different sizes. After emailing and sending messages on Instagram for weeks they eventually refunded me for one of them, which shows they are capable of responding. The second pair I had issues generating a label, as the portal wouldn’t work, then they randomly sent me a QR code to use to return it. I had proof of postage that it had returned to them, I sent multiple messages on Instagram and emailed for a refund, and it’s now 90 days later and they still haven’t refunded me. Would not recommend them to anybody in a million years.
Shockingly bad quality. I bought 2 dresses in the sale, both were faulty. Unfortunately I didn’t wear them straight away, so by the time I noticed, I was unable to return, but they should never have been sold. One of the dresses had the straps sown in the wrong place, so Completely unwearable the other dress the strap fell off as soon as I put it on. Please double check all your items when they arrive, especially sale items. I did reach out to In the Style, but they weren’t very helpful.
Ridiculous company it’s been three months and absolutely no refund has been given and it’s a £500 order as well. I have no idea how they get away with this as the return portal doesn’t work at all and the customer service is non-existent. Do not use this company. It’s shambles.
I ordered some Bridesmaid dresses in different styles and sizes so knew I was going to be returning some. After going through the refund process I didn't have much look going through the portal, however I emailed the customer service and Ariana was very helpful! She sorted the whole refund for me and sent me the QR code so it was really easy for me to sort. Ariana is a star!
