Review Time
Ordered two sets of dresses as possible bridesmaids dresses for two bridesmaids. Unfortunately the dresses were a strange cut so they didn't fit. Firstly the returns portal was broken, so they took a while to reply to me to get that processed. When I did get a reply, both were sent back within a day of each other. One was eventually refunded three weeks later. Four weeks later and I'm still waiting for the refund on the other - and I have tracking details to prove it's been received. I've sent emails and messages on Instagram and I'm not getting a reply at all. Terrible customer service, do not use!
My £158 order has never arrived, no refund no communication. In my personal opinion I think this company could be going under or struggling in some way that they are not informing their customers about as I have seen online a lot of other customers with the same issue as mine. I ordered a £158 order at the beginning of July 2025. I never received a confirmation email, and my order never came. I have emailed multiple times, even had a back and forth chat over email and sent screen shots etc. for them to ignore me. Weeks have gone by now, I have no order received, no money refunded and no further communication from them. £158 is a lot of money to ignore and I’m extremely upset. Hoping a review on here may get someone’s attention on In The Style to eventually reply to me, but I’m not holding my breath. I personally would not recommend ordering from here as it is risky. This has happened to me before and luckily was sorted but this time seems they are not coping well and ignoring it but still taking orders and money from customers.
Returned faulty item agreed with them and they have only refunded the shipping telling me it has been all been refunded but the actual item is not. Customer services can go days without replying. The return was 4th June it’s now 2nd July.
Still waiting on a £175 refund … one item I returned and the others I never even received!!! This company is honestly horrific, they have caused me significant stress over the past 2 months. Happy to take your money but nothing in return! Is there anything anyone can do to stop this happening to innocent people?!

They grind you down with asking the same thing in an email. Tell you to “e-mail” customer service team. They lie, don’t help and don’t refund. They blame Paypal. They ask for proof of order and return CONSTANTLY when already been provided. Dan… Megan… Sannah… the lot of you are horrible people.
Really starting to panic now over order my bridesmaids dresses off this website no dispatch email no answer from socials no answer from emails also tried calling +44-161-641-4801 and it now doesn’t exist I’ve heard they are gone into administration.. really poor service
Awful service, still waiting for refund. Returned items using the QR code sent to me and received an email confirming that my items had been received and the refund processed back on 24 May. After numerous emails to and from their customer service team, still no resolution. Each email appears to ignore the previous and circles through asking for information already provided. So frustrated and no where nearer to my £270 refund! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!
