I had to change the tenancy of my home to my name when mum went into a nursing home.... this has been an extremely stressful time for me ....however Everyone at Jigsaw who I spoke to and particularly the housing officer were absolutely amazing ...they were efficient..kind ...friendly and incredibly supportive... without these lovely people I would definitely have been a lot worse THANKYOU THANKYOU THANKYOU

She was clear, professional, and so understanding throughout the whole time. Rabbia made everything so much easier, less stressful and straightforward. Very good experience setting up with jigsaw homes. Eleanor Riley has handled everything great, making the whole experience as stress free as possible, very kind & friendly when met to view the property and receive the keys . Any questions have been responded to quickly and professionally. It has been the smoothest moving process I have experienced. Me and my children are very happy with our new home and grateful for the great experience with jigsaw homes. I feel very supported by jigsaw homes with a range of support available for a range of different things which makes you feel very safe and secure being with this housing association. Great Experience! The staff at Jigsaw Homes were friendly, helpful, and responsive, any questions I had via email were answered quickly. The move went smoothly, with everything ready exactly at the predicted times. The home itself is beautifully designed and gave a strong sense of security and support. The entire process was made positive and enjoyable, making the house move as stress-free as possible. Special thanks to Eleanor at Jigsaw Homes for her patience, professionalism, and kindness throughout our move. :)
Jigsaw Homes do not acknowledge formal complaints, or respond to them within the policy timescales. They fail to respond to complaints raised and do not provide any coordinated responses from multiple residents about ASB. They do not work with partner agencies to resolve issues raised and don’t recognise when triggers should be raised in response to ASB even after repeated abuse is suffered. Instead they corroborate and bully residents into submission. The Safety Team does not respond to safety issues around privacy, potential risk of combustion and allows works to take place that causes damage to property and people. Jigsaw has failed to report RIDDOR to HSE and Jane their Safety Manager is rude, disregarding and incompetent. Jigsaw Homes sell substandard properties to Shared Ownership buyers and expect tenants to live with poor builds even when third party reviews are commissioned and findings show that the tenant has been right, Jigsaw never complete subsequent works. I would not recommend Jigsaw as it fails the very people it is supposed to support through lack of governance and oversight, it should not be allowed to continue operating and I have this week reported them to the RSH for failing to meet their regulatory standards against national framework. Their complaint department are shockingly appalling, the Housing Ombudsman should expect multiple complaints in the very near future due to Jigsaws failure to act on complaints and issues more times than I can even count.
