The lady Katie woods who helped my move was fantastic she was helpful, thorough and always replied to my emails and calls , The call handlers who take the calls for everything are pleasant and helpful also .

AVOID Jigsaw Homes at all costs

Avoid Jigsaw Homes at all costs! Do not buy into the their shared ownership properties. I have had to battle their bullyish behaviour for nearly two years! I have had to battle to get numerous faults rectified by the developer and it has literally ruined my life proving these faults and trying to get them rectified. Two years down the line and issues are still ongoing. There's a huge lip in the road where the road has been unfinished outside my property by the developer and we have to adure the vibration and noise when vehicles travel over daily. We requested a temporary repair be put in place and were basically told to put up with it by the developer. We have approached them with a separate issue whereby they have contributed to our lives being made hell daily along with regular ASB. They refuse to acknowledge and do anything about it. Jigsaws neighborhood safety team do not act on any complaints whatsoever. Their complaints process is quite frankly appalling. If you challenge them on anything and get other authorities involved, they effectively twist and alter the information. God forbid you get management involved and the NHBC. They will all turn up to your house like a circus, belittle you infront of your neighbours. Because they work closely with other authorities like the Police and Local Council, the issues you have are brushed off by them all. These actions leave you with absolutely nowhere else to turn. These people are bullies, and should not be allowed to do business in the social housing sector. I have nearly lost my job, home and my health has suffered significantly. I cannot have my son visiting due to ongoing issues. It quite literally is the worst thing I ever signed up for. If need be I will take this to the local press and will battle this as far as it needs to go to get a resolution and compensated for the damages incurred.

Good Experience

Great Experience! The staff at Jigsaw Homes were friendly, helpful, and response to all questions I have . The move went smoothly, although the waiting was longer than the predicted times. The home itself is beautifully designed and spacious. The entire process was made positive and enjoyable, making the house move as stress-free as possible.

Moved in to my property a few weeks ago. We’ve all settled in really well. My housing officer Katie wood has been excellent. Always around if I need to ask her a quick question. All the staff are amazing.

Awful company

I have been a tenant of Jigsaw formally Adactus for nearly 10 years, in the same flat. And my god what a horrendous 10 years its been.The day I moved in the shower leaked fast forward 10 years and it still leaks - 7+ workmen and a whole new bathroom fitted. Then the balcony doors leaked due to not being fitted properly - 8+ workmen and left with an absolutely botched job, damaged walls and carpet.Bedroom windows leaks in the first year 8+ workmen and they still leak 10 years later.bathroom extractor fan not fitted correctly causing masses of humidity due to the size of the flat (tiny) and lack of proper ventilation I have black mould, this also caused the front door to expand and not close fully, I had to fight for a new front door, this took 2 years. New bathroom extractor fan fitted and upstairs had a leak breaking it.extractor fan in the kitchen started getting black mould drop out of it, turned out it wasn't piped up to anything - 3 workmen on that for it to still now not work, each repairman slatting the other, this is still not resolved. the roof started leaking over my TV in the living room 16+ workmen on this and a 2 year fight leaving me with a hole in my ceiling, damaged TV, damaged walls, damaged carpet and furniture also left me with no heat over the winter as the water damaged the heater on the wall.Shower drain is connected to next doors kitchen sink meaning i get all his food come up through the plug hole, also the upstairs toilet is connect to my shower meaning i get human waste come up. - i have forgotten how many workmen came to his but they eventually fitted a one-way valve so i now only get the raw human sewage smell not the poop anymore so there's a plus. the flat failed its ventilation test even AFTER having new extractor fans installed.they love to send workmen that don't work in the field your issue is in so a sparky to a plumbing job, a joiner to plumbing job, a plumber to an electrical job etc so more wasted days that don't even get logged as they turn up say nah and leave! all in all my life in this flat has been horrendous and cost me an absolute fortune in unpaid leave and annual leave waiting in for workmen some of which have never turned up!!! Edit in response to Jigsaw- absolutely pointless you looking into it, you'll never get back to me and I'll spend 6 months chasing you as I have done on multiple occasions on the past. You refused to respond to my local MP when he was involved and the housing ombudsman when I've had them involved so your not going to respond to me, it's your property being damaged at the end of the day and you clearly couldn't care less otherwise you'd have fixed things on the first attempt. I will no longer be taking time from work for you to botch jobs up and them still not work and me just end up out of pocket. I've tried, I've done my bit many many times you just cannot complete your end of the deal.

AVOID THIS COMPANY

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY I bought a shared ownership property 4 years ago to be left with (still ongoing) issues with roads paths, drainage, grids literally everything in a street being incomplete. False promises and lack of customer care being Thier ethos it seems.The house has issue after issue including a flooded garden, drainage systems not working for 6 months and even a missing brick inviting damp and pests. Please for the love of god avoid this company
