Review Time
I've lived in my home for over a decade without any moth issues — until the past year, and only in my bedroom. I bought a John Ryan mattress less than a year ago, and while I found it uncomfortable and prone to sagging, I recently discovered something far worse. When I went to flip it, I found hundreds of moths and larvae under the impermeable protective cover I had fitted. I can't say for certain how they got there, but it's deeply concerning. I’ve had no similar issues elsewhere in the house. I’m now replacing the mattress and would not recommend it based on my experience.Oh and has anyone noticed how many 5 star reviews there are of this company by reviewers who have just posted 1 review.... all fake. Don't believe the hype these mattresses are absolutely shockingly bad.
Excellent customer service Attention to detail was first class from start to finish. Love my mattress and my bad back has improved so much since swapping it.Delivery guys were so friendly and polite too.Would highly recommend this company. So pleased with the service.
As usual excellent service from John Ryan. This is the fourth mattress I have bought from them. I ordered the Origins 1000 as I have ordered this one previously and I know it’s the correct level of firmness for me. The surface of the mattress is different to my previous mattresses but I’m assuming it’s the same mattress, other than this slight difference?
Utterly outstanding service. I had purchased two Artisan natural mattresses in firm spring tension. After a conversation with them we were advised that my wife should get the medium tension which we did. Around 4 months later and she just found it too soft. She generally prefers firmer tensions and she preferred mine. Realising we had missed the return window we were annoyed with ourselves but took that responsibility ourselves for missing it.My wife thought she would phone John Ryan to see whether they could assist and they were extremely helpful and offered to replace the mattress.We are so grateful and blown away by the willingness and desire to provide us with the mattress that we want even when it is outside of their obligations and at their expense. I love my mattress which appears very well made.I will be recommending John Ryan to family and friends and will be using again.Thank you for a top class service.
Very helpful in talking me through the process of choosing which mattress would be the correct one. I was hesitant about buying on-line but when you read through the website and watch the videos explaining what goes into a mattress, all the different materials, the calculations used it's impressive. The mattress we choose is so comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud!
