I love my new mattress. From start to finish when ordering this with John Ryan by Design it was a smooth and professional service - a rare thing these days.The quality of the mattress is first class and I am sure I will sleep well on it for many years to come. I would certainly recommend this company and its fantastic mattresses.
Communication and general customer service are excellent. This is the 4th time I have dealt with John Ryan and there customer care is unchanged.The down sides are, a couple of weeks after spending over£5000 there was a discount on offer. Just bad timing.The second concern is the mattress rating.I bought the Artisan Luxury which is the softest in the range. If this is JRs idea of soft, I pity anyone buying a firm mattress.This is not to criticise the quality but just their idea of soft.IanG
Excellent service from ordering (with advice) and through to delivery.The bed is very comfortable, the base and headboard just add to my wonderful new bed..Lots of advice on how to look after my bed too.Thankyou for a great service and bed.
