If I'm to recommend, Jumia should be out of my recommending list.Very unreliable, deceitful and full of unreliable staff, starting from their drivers.I order for 40 inches tv from Jumia June last month, when the item was to be delivered it was taken to a wrong far location that I need to spend extra money to get, a message then came in to my SMS that I wasn't available to collect my order after the driver informed about the wrong address my order was taken to, I was like What The Hell is going on, the package was about 100Km far away from me?That wasnt enough, I have to spend additional 4,000 naira to and fro to get it. To my greatest surprise, 40 inches tv reduced to 35inches (40 inches shud be 102cm according to standard measurement and wat was written in the pack, I got 89cm, ie 35inches, shorting me 5 inches, 13cm) with bad quality. Automatically wat was shown in advert different from the real package.Tried all my possible best to contact Jumia, all was abortive, the HELP Center connecting me with Robut and then customer service Rep, after the Rep listened to my complaints, she ended the session, with no solution to my complaints, all numbers connected to Jumia weren't connecting. I was even blocked in their mailing address for complaining, and now you want me to recommend, (I can only recommend FIRE )If u care to see chats receipts I have them with me starting from the customer service Rep to their mailing.Zero rating for u Jumia......
Jumia is very unreliable, they like to delay orders and some of their delivery agents are 0 etiquette!! I ordered an item and all of a sudden the delivery agent number stopped going, I didn’t get to talk to him at all, I tried his number up to 50 times no exaggeration and the stu.pid man didn’t pick only for another number to call me telling me that sorry my goods can’t be delivered today and then ended the call immediately. All of a sudden the second number also stopped going. I called and called and got so upset that they were using me to play. I let it slide, only for me to get a message from jumia that my delivery was unsuccessful that the Stu.pid delivery agent has been calling me. Tho that was a big lie, I called the agent back, still wasn’t going. I called the second number it rang and the foo.lish person busied my call twice and switched off the phone. If you want an item to come immediately I’d advise you don’t order from Jumia, they are very incompetent and unreliable . They don’t stick to their words! 09154449211 This is the number of the fist agent and this 09167831583 is the number of the second agent. This isn’t the first time I’m having such unmannered approach from jumia, if there was a 0star, that’s what I will rate jumia because they are 0!!!!!!!!!!! Mtchewwwwwwwww fu.ck this app!
Jumia is just .. the worse. I ordered multiple items in one bag and the orders came in pieces each one with delivery fee on to and the delivery man had the guy to tell me he is going one way that I should cross express to come and get one My life. I’m so infuriated I’m typing rubbish
This is the worst online experience I ever had, I bought an item Under order # 363915798. After waiting weeks for the delivery, they just canceled it claiming that courier couldn’t reach the address, though they have my phone number which the could have called anytime.Turned out that they just canceled it and asked me to buy it with a more expensive price.It’s a very unprofessional company to act that way, to force canceling so you buy again at a higher price.
I accidentally bought a phone 2 times I can't cancel one of them I had experiences with a very rude delivery guy and terrible service and the they use bots to talk and they don't apologize for the inconvenience we need a normal cancel button I didn't mean to buy 2 phones sometimes the stuff is good quality sometimes not but please fix the cancel option and please apologize if you are late by canceling because it's your job not mine
A terrible experience I had with jumia, worst products ,low quality item , they deliver the products broken either not as it was described , and they don't return the money they make it as a voucher to buy more broken items, don't ever shop there
