I have purchased a sofa bed, chair bad, hob, tv stand, coffee table and air condition. The service is EXTREMELY terrible!!!! I had been complaining on delivery every 2-3 hours, Their customer service gives rubbish promises - delivery got rescheduled and then meant to be delivered with 24h later. They think people are very naive, they keep promising what people want to hear and following this is ONE BIG NONSENSE. I would not even recommend JUMIA to my worst enemy! We went through the hell with them. Constantly hearing the useless promises! Drivers had been saying they had tried contacting us, as they never did! I decided to cancel ALL MY ORDERS due to BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE and total ignorance! At the end of the day we are the customers so we should be treated with respect!!! Personally, If I were an owner of Jumia in Egypt, I would sacked all managers because they def do not what a real, professional work is! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!
God I cannot explain how much I hate this company. Their website is horrible, awful. For some reason I placed an order with this app, but it sent to the wrong address. I immediately noticed the mistake but could not cancel.There is NO customer service - the help section on the website does not work, the cancel order button does not work, the live chat is just a robot, the phone is just a robot. There is no way to speak to an actual person!Also, they do NOT accept returns/refunds.They take your money and then run. What an awful garbage company!!Also, 10 days for delivery? Are you serious!??! The item is less than 2 miles away...Also their food delivery app is garbage.
