Not bad at all

Not bad at all, just that to impress with their prices they tend to link up with shops selling low quality stuffs. I guess I was lucky to know a lot about phones. Reason why I got my red-mi phone in good shape and state. Been using it for close to 9 months now.

Not even worth one star. Useless scam. Advertised products not even stocked, orders cancelled after confirmation of delivery. Do not pay before delivery. Choose COD to protect yourself. Pathetic company. CIRCUS.

Poor customer experience

Poor customer experience when family ordered from KFC. First, delivery person delivered the wrong meal. Called Jumia to complain and they called driver back. Then the meal was missing part of the order. Called again three times as was on hold until it was picked up and then they hung up. Eventually spoke to someone who said they would talk to the restaurant and call me back. She didn't. I called back and spoke to someone else who apologised for the issue and them asked me to suggest what they should do about it. I suggested that it was their job to offer solutions and could she escalate and call me back. This she did after 10 minutes. The offer was for a voucher to the value of the missing item. I told her that this was only of use if I was using their service which was a long shot given the service this time. Would not recommend.

Ordered Binatone cooker

Ordered Binatone cooker, delivery was done late after making several calls. The oven turned to be gas when the descriptions indicate electric. Am sure am never using Jumia services again. The tears of your customers is your downfall journey.
