i ordered for a phone and paid via…

i ordered for a phone and paid via mobile money, after waiting for almost two weeks for delivery, jumia cancelled my order without having requested for it and have refused to refund me within 3-4 business days. i am very disappointed at Jumia and will probably never use jumia ever again!

!!! ❌❌❌❌Jumia KENYA ❌❌❌❌Has the worst customer service, very unproductive, unprofessional, and lack communication skills.Useless is a suitable word to describe them.They probably don’t even know what social means! The company should either close down or change all their staff. Utterly useless. Maybe the company is low budget and employing pointless and illiterate people.

I ordered a 32 inch Digital Satellite…

I ordered a 32 inch Digital Satellite TV and paid via Mobile money. In two weeks my item was not ready. Their systems had sent me message that my order is cancelled when i never cancel the order. My money has not been refunded and i keep calling for days now only for them to keep telling me we are sorry. I don't advise any body to patronize Jumia in Ghana. Please don't buy from them, for me they are fraudsters. Customer call center is also annoying, with voice interactions instead of an agent talking to Us.

Very poor service

I just want to share my first time online experience with Jumia. I ordered a bag.... it came on time but the quality and size was completely different from the picture shown online. When I called them to return they said that they’ll send someone to collect the item, do a quality check and then refund my money. The very next day I received an email saying that my issue has been marked as resolved. After calling them several times, till date no one has come to collect the parcel. In fact one of the agents told me to call the delivery person myself and get the parcel picked up????? Very pathetic service. Will never shop from Jumia again.

People complain because it's a way of…

People complain because it's a way of life and there's no day we will be satisfied in life. Long story short I ordered my items they arrived on time even though some delayed maybe it's because the agent has to move from place to place before reaches me I understand that but my concern is with the cables in electric items they are too short. Customer service check, Uka fan check, didn't receive my black bracelet hop it's on the way coming. Others haven't tried will get back to you, in the mean time. Jumia the best online shopping. And by the way this is my first time to shop with Jumia

Jumia is terrible

Jumia is terrible, first thing the order delayed 10 days, i tried to call 4 times to get my items and everytime they tell me you will be contacted shortly but no one calls, then after the fifth call, a delivery man called me ( he didn’t know even when he is going to deliever the items but he is making sure i’m at the location) The same day i tried to call him more than 5 times he did not answer back and i was waiting at the location. After that i called the customer service to complain about the delivery man, another delivery man contacted me and delieverd the items to find out that i got different items after all!!!!!They can’t even deliver the right items !!!!!! Terrible customer service, terrible delivery men and terrible service
