Unfortunately JUMIA cancelled three items from two different confirmed orders, the cancellation was targeting competitive prices having a good discount...!Despite complaining, I didn't receive any response to date...!Unless receiving a convenient explanation for what happened, I will consider JUMIA is not committed for further orderings
One of the worst customer service and only e-commerce giant in Kenya. It needs a serious competitor like Alibaba or Aliexpress. Better order your goods yourself in the above platforms and use a Posta. l address for delivery. Better late than never.
Good afternoon,I made a booking this morning and paid for it. I purposely chose Jumia, even though, it was not the cheapest.I selected to leave nairobi at 11.35am and get to Hawassa, the following morning. I needed a long layover. I didn't require accomodation and that question was not asked anyway.Upon completion of payment, my ticket was sent swiftly but had one hour layover. Besides the fact that i will run across to catch the Hawassa flight, am completely inconvenienced;1. My hotel booking for 5th in Addis goes to waste.2. My booking in Hawassa was from 6th and thus not guaranteed for 5th3. Most important, my appointment in addis has to be cancelledYour number, goes to machine and disconnects.Customer service is very poor on your side
