A piece bought online was grossly misrepresented in sizing ( lenght if pants 20 cm longer than usual) and “manager” just kept repeating” thus us final sale , nothing I can do about it even if I wanted to” didn t even TRY yo find a solution. Thus us fraudulous sales practice I. My book. Btw: this was in the new store in london Ontario ( the one that moved out of Masonville mall ). Long term customer - not anymore. There is enough stores to get nice clothing from, and some with an actual customer SERVICE

Bought a blouse from their website…

Bought a blouse from their website since they didn't have it in stock in stores. It arrived, tried it on, doesn't fit. Yes, it said final sale but its not my fault they make the material different as I got another top in the same size, fit fine. So I can't even exchange for a larger size, I'm stuck with this blouse, would have been faster to just throw the $50 out the window! Seriously, their customer service and return policy is horrible and severely over priced clothing!

No longer a choice of preferred clothing

On a second visit at the store, I was informed that they could not give me a 20% discount of the month of my birthday since I already made one purchase 2 weeks prior.I informed the representative that I was never informed that there were a limit of times I could benefit of this discount.For this reason, I will no longer shop at this store nor will I recommend them to my family and friends. For a reduction of 15.00, they have lost a loyal clients of 20 years.

I ordered online

I ordered online, several items (7) they all are smell of woman’s perfume. I have them airing outside and I don’t think I can get the smell out- Women’s wear stores and warehouses should be fragrance free, so the clothes do not absorb it. This is so not ok for the thousands of people with allergies

No compassion

I am extremely disappointed with my experience.I purchased these items as gifts for my mother. She became unexpectedly ill on Christmas Eve and sadly passed away shortly after New Year’s. I contacted the company to request a compassionate, one time exception in the form of store credit and asked that the situation be reviewed by upper management.Despite these circumstances and my loyalty as a customer and member, the request was denied strictly on policy.I understand that companies have rules, but compassion should still have a place in situations like this. Unfortunately, that was missing here. Because of how this was handled, I will no longer be shopping with this brand and wanted others to be aware of my experience.

From the moment I walked in, Sylvia greeted me warmly and immediately took the time to listen to what I was looking for. She stayed with me throughout the entire search, offering honest, thoughtful, and supportive advice.Thanks to her dedication and exceptional service, I ended up purchasing not only the accessory I had in mind, but an entire new Mother of the Bride outfit, along with a black faux fur stole. My husband went to buy me a Christmas…

My husband went to buy me a Christmas gift from Laura’s. He told her I need petite size medium. Sales clerk disregarded “petite “. Sold him regular size large. Everything is too big & has to be returned.What is wrong with you people. No size petite. Sucks
