Broken, bad, stinks, doesn't put down the toilet seat after using it; what more bad can I say? No documentation. Process changed WHILE I was trying to use it. Deleted account but for some reason wanted number from deleted account for 2FA. Support is USELESS. JUST USE ID.ME INSTEAD!!!!
Absolute garbage I’ve uploaded my drivers license multiple times will not work drive to the post office. Give them my drivers license all my information like it asked still doesn’t work. Can’t get it to work at all. Whatever has worked correctly just run you in circles absolute piece of garbage.
Horrible system. typical of government apps. cause of endless frustration for users. Can't get to work to verify id using Chrome, Firefox or Opera on Android phone have enabled camera on all 3. Still says "camera blocked" Why can't the government do technology right ever?
I created an account with login a couple of years ago I just verified my data. I then tried to go to SSA and it required me to verify my data with login. my reply was that login could not verify my phone number was valid yet I had just use it to get my validation code to log into my login account their help desk placed me into a loop of useless dribble that required me to login but they will not accept my phone number
Never have three people tried so hard for two days to set up my account. Now we are waiting two days to start again. I am trying to get into my medical records. Picture transfer is a wasted time. Perhaps someone from India is laughing right now
While it took an arm and leg to convert my healthevet over it was set up now again nothing works password, personal key, so I'm pretty much logged out of my medical information until I can get to a person to person account fix, Thanks for screwing up an all ready good system
I am older, but not tech illiterate either. I downloaded pictures and information needed.Until, I got to the end. It kept asking me for a second phone, it said a landline was acceptable.....But, it would not accept my landline phone number that I have had for over 40 yrs.What a waste of time. Now, I get to try the Post Office and see what clichés I will run into there.
I just retired from the military and need access to their website without using a common access card ID (CAC) to access my DD214 and use other links they have. The government chose login.gov to allow access for those that separated our retired. THE HUGE PROBLEM with login.gov is they need identification verification. The address they have on file is an address I have not resided in for over 6 years and the phone number (landline) they have on file I have not been associated with for over 20 years. The problem with that is they require to either send a letter to the address they have on file or send a code via text message or a phone call for landlines, which I no longer have access to. I called their help desk and they pretty much told me they can't do shit and I'm just assed out. This is the worst decision the government has made to help those that served. Do better! Login.gov is garbage!
